Fumi started her weight loss journey since last year. She looks fabulous. Slow and steady wins the race!
Yes Fumi that's where I am at. I did lose a lot of weight, but I am lifting and toning. You look fabulous. I started at 251 and I'm am now 204. I workout 5-6 times a week. I feel so good now and I am 52. I also balanced my hormones.
Sherri has diabetes so maintaining her weight is for her health. When you are diabetic one of the first things the doctor tells you is to change you diet and exercise and those two things really help.
I'm a diabetic. I lost weight cutting carbs and sugar. No alcohol either. The weight slid off. I didn't need to lose weight. I'm too thin, but healthier. My A1C is under control.
This is sisterhood, this is what it's like to empower and equip your sister with the right arsenal so she can negotiate properly.

Barbara Walters was the pioneer for many firsts. I remember when she retired. Lots of female talk show hosts or news anchors honored her on The View. No ego's! It was all gratitude. That's sisterhood. We have to have each other's back. We rise or fall together. The old patriarchy doesn't care about women excelling in the workplace, so we have to.
I saw Vanessa Williams on Jennifer Hudson's show last week. She's 60. She said that the older she gets the less she cares about what other people think. She also gave shout outs to women she admired like Chita Rivera, Rita Moreno, and other women doing their thing in their 80s and 90s.

Losing fat but gaining muscle will seem like you aren't doing anything if you look at the scale. Muscle weights more than fat. You and Christina are stunning and fit. Both of you have to stay fit so you can handle your business. 😊

I’m stressing about losing weight after I have this baby, because I’m 41 so I know I’m not going to “snap back” like I did when I had my two oldest children in my 20’s. I’ve been watching a lot of videos about losing weight in your 40’s and weight training seems to be the best way, hands down.

I saw an 80 year old very stylish woman on Tamron Hall's show. She is a newlywed. Her husband is 60. He talked about how good she looks and style. Women don't have to look like their age. The media does dictate how we should look. We should ignore them. I'm almost 60. I don't want to look like an old lady because I'm not one. 😉

Ms Fumi you are an inspiration to me! I lost about 80 lbs two years ago using keto, but got back into some bad habits. Thanks to your influence i am purging my kitchen of the bad carby stuff i was eating. No more yo-yo! I used to lift weights and am going back to the gym. My dear hubby has a lot of medical issues so i have to use my time wisely. Truest story❤ I'm 52 I learned about a year ago ditch the cardio, but I never really put into practice. Now, I'm solely doing strength training. I'm not necessarily losing tons of weight, but inches I am able to fit in one of my fav trousers I haven't worn in 2 yrs!! I walk for cardio and heart health appx 3.5 miles!! I got some useful ideas from the fit mother project here on UA-cam #fab50s

I was in a weight loss competition at work last year. My clothes began dropping off me in the months of the competition but the scale did not move much. Initially I felt discouraged until I realized that I lost more inches than weight. Congratulations Fumi!❤

Short of it is, she has a new management team(someone editing for her now), and second she doesn't own the sexy lady so dont want it to be a problem in the future so they stop using it.

She had mentioned that for copyright reasons, she will no longer be featuring in her videos. She doesn't know who owns it and has been using it since her early UA-cam days. Therefore, to avoid legal issues she decided to remove her
It was about the fear of using the image without permission. It really went well with the music but as a precaution Fumi was advised to stop using it. I'm happy you're still using the music😊

There has been a vibe of alleged ‘competition’ between each other. Company’s I’ve worked for have always stipulated about not sharing your salary. I’ve often found out later that people were paid more than me and there were ‘reasons linked to me’ that supported that. So underhand and wrong. You’re seen as someone that can do well, but you’re kept held back 😏 No more however. Things have been changing of late, and will continue to do so.
Fumi, what you're saying is 100% correct. People try to take shortcut and starve themselves. It is not sustainable. After a certain age, weights is a must! And do A LOT of walking.
