2001 ZX6-R J2 0-60 acceleration

1st 0-60 mph video was not the best of attempts and I knew that I could do better . Then ‪@VolcanianTen‬ set a time of 4.07 seconds. So I had another go at it and I have improved . For a 21 year old bike the 2001 Kawasaki zx-6r j2 ninja don't hang around .

Good effort mate. Need that app your using so I can have a go. Both our bikes are listed to hit 60 in 3.2secs, but I guess that's when they were new and with pro riders. Doubt us mere mortals will get close to those times. I also think u could of gotten more had you revved higher and didn't feed the clutch as gently

the hardest part about getting faster 0-60 is keeping the front wheel on the ground. maybe hp is part of the problem in this case lol

My G2 did 70 in first,they must have changed the gearing for the later model...

I have a 2002 kawa zx6r and mine goes to 115km/h in first gear. Doesnt't yours? I notice you change gears once or twice.

2002 they changed from 599cc to 636cc. 111bhp vs 118bhp. Different engines.

U will know if is still can be run fast if u r in the express way ..I had a exactly d same of ur bike here in uae ..wen Im running in the express way here it run maximum of 120 only...😢😢
