    Hi Mike & Erin,
I watched the video today and caught the live stream after the fact. I have to say I was heart broken to hear the news even though I knew it was coming. I came from a small family farm in a small little hick town in Michigan and due to untimely death in the family and my age at the time plus factor in how things were back during President Carter years our family was out of farming. As a young boy I watched the last of the farm equipment leave the farm after the auction I had no idea of the magnitude of the loss. At the time I was relieved even happy I didn't have to get up before the sun to do chores in time to catch the bus for school. But as I became a man and a Father of my own children it finally hit me of the loss we had suffered. The sense of family, belonging to something bigger than oneself. Those days of feeding the animals, stacking hay, shoveling stalls, mending fences ....etc etc etc. Only then did I realize that my children would never know the joys of farming/ranching and the meaning of hard work. The type of work that make a person proud of what they did that day. I have a good idea of the stresses you Erin are dealing with and Erins mom also. I hope and pray that your able to make this all work with all my heart. Even if your kids decide that it isn't for them in the long term, what they are living right now will be I their fond memories forever and no one can take that from them. I wish I was rich as sin because I would do whatever I could to keep your family right where you are. God Bless you all

Mike and Erin, I've been a subscriber for close to a year, and really appreciate the content you put out. I've found it enlightening, learning more of what a ranching family is like, and the work involved, in keeping a ranch running. Glad you're making decisions, that benefit you, and your family, seeing how you handle the stress, and how you've evolved the ranching industry, to fit your needs, is inspiring. Look forward to enjoying your channel, for years to come

Mike. I am sure that you already know, but you are so fortunate to have a wife that is smart and has a great business mind. There is no doubt in my mind that your are on the road to success. I had a business for 40 years. Throughout those years we went thru difficult times and I wondered why am I putting myself thru this. Our business relied on the economy and we all know that economies go up and down. Good luck and hang in there. There will be a bright light around the corner. Pray for rain and snow.

Both of you have added additional Streams of Income and grown the Ranch/Farmer's Market Model. All of your hearts, Mom's too, are rightly set. Exceeding Abundant Blessings on your New Journeys

I spent decades in a farming community. I watched familys transition from parental ownership to family members gaining control of the operation. Some incorporated some co-oped some failed. It's the way of farming. As long as family stays as the focus then you win. It may be really hard but family business is always hard. It's no one persons fault. You two have done some great work. I like how you keep it real.

Mike & Erin you can look at this as a brand new start. You can do things the way and how you want to do them. Your video was extremely informative and showed great respect for Erin’s mom and what Gilbert had built. I think this video could definitely be proven true across this country and also show the generational changes that go on with owning a cattle ranch. I wish you guys the best and Erin’s mom good luck in her retirement. Our Wyoming Life 2.0 lets goooo!

Mike and Erin, I am so sorry about this entire situation. I know that the situation is not the way you want it to be. It's not a perfect situation for Erin's Mom, either. I see both issues -- it's hard to face, Then, no one can tell you, and I would never deem to give anyone advice. I just know it's hard for you and your family. It's hard for Erin's Mom as well. I wish you the very best and the greatest success possible. I hate train wrecks! I do enjoy your channel a lot, but I'm just a 76 year old woman and have never ranched -- been on a farm, but not for many years ago. I wish you the very best. I hope you will keep us informed. God bless you and your family. Lots of love to your family!

Thanks for sharing. Glad you are working to keep your ranch, business going. I hope you can teach others how to ranch. I think small farms, agriculture, and other businesses, are the future. The big, dishonest businesses are going away, replace by small, honest farms and other businesses. Mike and Erin, keep sharing, and teaching others how to do what you are doing. The gardening aspect also. The world is changing, and we are changing along with that, creating a new way of doing things, much better for all.

Mike & Erin , longtime follower . I have been a retail store owner since 1975 . Some people do not understand how these operate, it is all about numbers. I have had a couple other adventures that did just did not make , could not make enough money.I shut it down. People would say but you are doing so good and they have no idea about the P&L statement. I am sure surprise the Federal PPP program and the EIDL loans did not apply .I have watched plenty of programs about This Beef Problem arising. It is strange the huge guys are making it but the small guys just cannot the numbers work. And that is land that is paid for. Good Luck to your family ,trust in God, raise your family, you will find the way. Godspeed to you and your family.DM
