I like when the localisation still keeps the reference, but just changes it to be a more subtle/slightly obscure one. Like changing "Crazy Diamond" to "Shining Diamond" (The song is called "Shine On You Crazy Diamond")
Plus a subtle reference to Holy Diver, which arguably “predicts” elements of not only part 3, but part 4 as well. “Shining diamond, with the eyes of a cat…”

The Stand Dark Blue Moon I like to think makes two (albeit unconfirmed) musical references. One: The song ‘Blue Moon’ by The Marcels. Two: An allusion to the Pink Floyd album ‘Dark Side of the Moon.’ Maybe a bit of a stretch but just as ppl wonder “Is that a Jojo reference?” you listen to character and Stand names and ask “Is that a music reference?”

I think a series that you could do a rather good job covering would in fact be Kinnikuman. It's come up as being referenced in JoJo already and has been rather influential as a whole to many action anime series.
