I remember once no outside tap so connected up to the small basin mixer in the customers toilet it was only a small job but took all day must have been 2 lpm! Lol cheers M
get rid of those click connecters, if you look inside them the hole is about 5mm they reduce your flow. The average outside tap is fed from 15mm copper pipe so if you keep everything at 15mm or bigger then you will get max flow. I have exactly the same washer as yours same Briggs engine the same pump although mine is set up at 200/30ltrs but mine is fed to both sides of the pump with 3/4 hose. Am a window cleaner so I use 2 wheelie bins linked together I have a 3/4 hose connected via 3/4 BSP to barbed connecter going direct to bottom feed the tank with overflow going outside of vehicle.no chance of air bubbles and no restrictions. The ball valve might be high flow but it is still a huge flow restrictor. I understand the filter but a better one would be a 20inch 5 micron these come with 3/4BSP so are very high flow and the filters are as cheap as chips. the biggest problem with my set up is I cant travel with water but by the time I get set up at a customers the bins are normally over 1/2 full so its not to much of a problem
Only if it has a tap feed inlet. 15lpm may not run full power off a tap, it all depends how good the feed rate is. I've known taps to be in excess of 20lpm and as low as 2. If the machine is designed to be tap fed then it will work fine so long as the tap can supply it. If the machine is next to the tap then that's OK but you will loose pressure and flow rate over hose pipe length.

I would like to have a tank fitted into my Citroen Dispatch to supply the washer which is a 2 21l pm 200 bar pressure. The two questions I have is what size tank do you recommend and do you know a reputable company that can fit and set me up for work? thank you . Clive
Hi Clive, I use a 400L ecosure tank and you can buy them online delivered. As for setting it up and plumb it in, not really your pretty much on your own there. Some general brass plumbing connections and you can custom tailor it to your needs. I believe the 400L tank is the most common as its not ridiculously big.
Phil, what are those orange and black hose connectors called in the last shot on your 3/4" hose? Do you use them from tank to pump when pressure washing? I ask as my kranzle no good on standard plastic hozelocks with air leaks. Was thinking nito connectors?
They are made by claber and are just a beefier version of a STD hozelock connector. No I don't run them into my pump as my washer runs from a water tank a needs a big heavy duty inlet. All my connections in and out of my washer are quick release couplings and i use stainless camlocks as my water inlet connection.
They are claber ergogrip, available with or without aquastop. Gardena make some heavy duty ones too which have metal hose clamps. So long as your machine accepts a STD hozelock style connector then the claber etc can be used. Phill

Yeah still use 250bar, it's enough for the falch to run well. Problem with anything over 250bar is the components cost so much more money. Couldn't you have a small low pressure electric or petrol pump on a trolley at the tap with a very short length of vacuum rated hose, sucking 20 or so lpm and then your 50m 3/8 hose to the van. Would still probably need a buffer tank but atleast you would get 100% of whatever the tap can put out.
