I saw them in 2016 in Charlotte and Murph passed me on the sidewalk in front of the venue before their gig and I said, "hey Murph how's it going" we were the only 2 people on the sidewalk and and he gave me a eat shit look and got on the bus without saying a word.

wow. i was so sad i thought i woulod never get to see the original dino line up. but I have. three times!!!. I even said hi to J as he wandered down Bloor st in TOronto, and of course he just sort of shyly grinned and kept on walking. hes so shy he plays live with his eyes closed and lou does all the talking!!!
I ran into Lou Barlow a couple years ago when I saw Sebadoh here in Indianapolis My brother and I were sitting at the bar waiting for the show to start and he walked up to order a beer. I kinda freaked out but was just like, "dude, whats up?" He just smiled and said it was all good and hope you guys enjoy the show. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time

@@alexpetronio6382 That's kind of annoying though... There's a certain loudness that is appropriate... When you go beyond it I find it annoying. My ears were ringing after Mars Volta because Omars guitar was dumb loud but their set wasn't even good so I was pissed. This was like 2005.
