One thing to note about Cap injectors: If you are using them with a max size booster, and thus you have only one cycle, you should keep that pre-overheated at all times and run it overheated whenever you activate it. A single cycle wont generate much heat and the reduced cycle time will get you to reload and thus able to activate again faster. You can repair it while it is reloading. It is also worth noting the relationship between Capacitor and Shields. Not only do they function the same way, but some modules will impact both. Finally, I would suggest that Blood Raiders are the empire most focused on neuts and NOS, though any pirate could in theory bring cap warfare.
