Not that I don't agree with you about remaining calm and using techniques but there are reasons to use the "stop resisting" verbiage. The verbiage is directly related to the 835 powers of a police officer that justifies use of force in the eyes of the courts. The verbiage is not only for people that have direct view of the physical encounter and or the body cameras but also for people that just just hear what is going on. I enjoy your videos just an observation from this video.
