    Very helpfull
    I' ve got a lot of heavy emotions to release.
    Choldhood traumas, living 50 years with supressed emotions. Depression.
    I've just got to know that depression is the result of blocked emotions- energy in my body. I was cut off my body for 65 years. Unbelievable!
    I'm just starting to feel my body and to get rid of emotions.
    I'm from Poland. Poles are extremely taumatised by our history and transgenerational traumas.
    Only now the consciousness of these things is raising.
    As you said- it's a process.
    I'll be doing this excercise every day.

    I suffered a bereavement 2 days ago and the physical symptoms have been so painful and difficult. I went looking for some help and here I found exactly what I needed. I will practice this every day so I can let go some of the deep sadness and grief. Bless you

      i’m suffering from depression and i’ve been physically hurting in so many different ways and it’s really bad. Can you tell me if meditations has helped you in anyway? i just want to know if these meditations are helpful at all🥲

    I did feel the temperature change and tingling .. did not let out emotions but I was able to focus in my breathing .. I do feel a little better 😊❤

    I've had years of childhood grief and loneliness that didn't get processed or validated properly, and meditations like this one really help me get the heavy tears and pain to the surface and out. Thank you.

    Just lost my 17 year old kitty 🐈‍⬛😿today and this helped me. I felt a heaviness all day in my heart. As if a piece of my heart went with him. 😿 He was my joy, my peace, my everything.
    This definitely helped me to cope, breathe 🧘‍♀️ and lift the sunken feeling in my chest. Thnx

      I lost my kitty 6 months ago and I just saw some photos of her in my phone and felt immense sadness. I'm hoping this exercise will help me find some peace today. I miss her all the time but some days are harder than others. I hope you are doing well.

      @ thank you 🥹. I still miss my Bagheera but I’m relieved he’s not in pain anymore. I’m so sorry for your loss. 😔
      What Bagheera taught me is that there are more animals who need love and care from good ppl like us. 🥰 Bagheera came to me 2 weeks after I had lost my childhood kitty and I thought I could never endure that pain again.
      I just rescued another doggo in September and I am learning there’s always room for more furry poppets.❤️‍🩹🌈☀️🌺😻 They bring amazing 🤩 energy into our lives. But do give yourself time to reminisce, cry and miss them. I do. I think it’s healthy.💗

      @goofykitty286 I lost my childhood cat Zen who turned 20 years old in 2016 and bonded with my girl Lizzie not long after. It's been the 2 of us for 8 years. I haven't been able to bring myself to adopt another yet. I'm glad to hear that you have brought another furbaby into your life, and I hope you bring each other a lot of happiness.
