I sold my home with leased solar to cash buyers last year during a crazy time, if the buyers have the money and really like your home, they will buy your house😊
It can happen(and glad it did for you) , it really just depends on the house, area and competition at the time you sell the house. If you are next to other new builds that offer more enticing solar incentives or cheaper than your lease, then it can be hard to compete.
Dixon is my next favorite town besides Winters we shop alot in Dixon and can you offer less on a new construction? We looked there before but all they had was a Senior community homes and i love open concept and have the master away from the other rooms and is there anything lower than 550? Oh the HOA isn't that bad and mello Roos is a little high
Hey there! Technically you can offer less than list price but whether you get it or not depends on how popular the community is and competition, similar to resale. We’ve found the builders are more likely to give you more money for closing costs or design credits than they are to reduce your he price. Plus if they lower the price, they will affect the value of the neighborhood which they don’t like.
@@susievidal4134 can’t give any exact answer for that because every builder offers something different and when you go resale, there are many different lenders a buyer can choose and sometimes their rates can be different by a whole point. In general we’ve seen new construction offer lower rates. Text Brandon if you have any more questions that are more specific at (707) 761-2473 and we can get you the answer or help you find what you’re looking for. We’ve already helped many people you reached out from the channel with new builds and resale 🫶
