$4,500 rent in the 707 area code. No way.

To pay 4500 a month on rent and still have neighbors fairly close and not much of a yard doesn't sound appealing to me

New builds are the best option if you can qualify I love the ones in Dixon but we didn't qualify

Can real estate agents help find a family find a rental? I'm looking into the area of dixon ca and 4500 a month rent? That's why no one can buy a home because with the current interest rate a home that cost 450k youre still paying 4k a month and it's not even a new home

The lot sizes are terrible. The streets design basically are a 1 lane road. Million dollar homes with your neighbors living on top of you. No thanks

Kinda strange that elementary and Junior high are in North Vacaville and High school is in south Vacaville.

How much are homes in Cheyenne?

Isn't that Peña Adobe lake? I saw that they were building there and nothing is cheap now 😢 I've been looking for 5 years and I can't pay 4k a month and we only qualified for 525k and we want a nice size yard and we didn't qualify for the new construction in Dixon at 615k and putting 30k down and the payment was still 4k or more a month

You can also drive to Hercules transit center and take the bus (Lynx) to downtown San Francisco only for $5 one way. Including crossing the Carquinez bridge toll and the parking at Hercules for $3. In total as Dec 2024 the price is $20 for this commute from Vallejo to San Francisco without dealing with Bart issues.

The parking lot across from the ferry building is unsafe and more than likely your vehicle will be broken into. Best advice take a Lyft to the ferry building and stay far far away once the sun settles.

Vallejo is garbage matter fact stay away from the Bay Area

Great video. The one thing you missed is the bus routes going to the Bart station. You can catch the SolTrans Red line or Yellow line to either El Cerrito Del Norte Bart or Concord Bart. Tons of great options to get into the city. Thank you for making a video on Glen Cove. If you guys have time you should do a video on southeast Vallejo.

The documentary “American crime” on Netflix was in Fairfield.

The fact you left out crime is almost criminal in itself. about 3/4 of Fairfield is unlivable

I agree that Solano County is very diverse. I was raised in Fairfield, and when I attended high school there in the late 80s, we had a very diverse class.

Theres so much negativity in the comment section and its uncalled for. These kids are trying to make the best of it and are not lying. They give not only some pros, which I think there are even more, but they dont lie or try to cover up the cons. They never said it was the cheapest, greatest place to live. Ive been here for 33 years. Ive come and gone and I come back because its home and it feels good here. Its not affordable, but it is for its location. I may never own a home here, but I also have the choice of making something different of my life as well, if I choose to. Dont be mad at them because your situation isnt perfect.

Absolutely destroying the natural beauty of the Peña Adobe area. One of the reasons I left Vacaville was because of this project.

You forgot to mention the traffic. On the map these places (Sacramento, Napa, San Francisco) look very close however while on the freeway it takes forever to get anywhere. Also, you failed to mention the nearby prison. We left Fairfield because of this and the crime. I just think people need to know the truth.
