- An intriguing aspect of Xenomorph biology is their ability to enter a state of hibernation. During hibernation, Xenomorphs can survive in a dormant state for extended periods, effectively prolonging their lifespan until more favorable conditions arise. This ability to hibernate is a key survival mechanism, allowing them to endure long periods of scarcity or inactivity. The hibernation will even work in space, where the Xenomorph will "curl up" to preserve energy. In this state, Xenomorphs don't need any food, but wil also stop growing. Considering this hibernation ability, the Nostromo Alien and LV-426 Queen might still be floating in space, ready to be picked up.
My personal canon is that aliens created engineers and lost the ability to reproduce so they put their DNA into the black goo and eggs to prevent dying out which is why they look machine like and went extinct from relying to much on technology so in the end they are extinct but still have goo and eggs lying around the universe
So how did David create the xenomorph if the ovamorph was on LV426 thousands of years 🤔
The ovomorphs were created by engineers and David just wanted to create his own xenomorphs.
Maybe in the horseshoe shape ship he left thousands of eggs and the video author is wrong
@Ленин-г5ч in Alien it said the ship was thousands of years old
David as he is still working for the company created his own more controllable version of xeno. it was shown how his so called "protomorph" followed his movement and was more aggressive toward humans.
Facehugger last more than a few hours, weeks even, as shown in aliens
