This battle makes me think 🤔 about when Perseus fought Medusa in clash of the Titans, Perseus didn't look her at all, the reflection from his shield and sword 🗡️ was enough for him to see a way to kill her...I did enjoy this, I can't wait for the next one.
Unlike the in my opinion far more dangerous "shy guy" from SCP lore one thing you might have learned from Clash of the Titans is that reflections don't count. You only die if you directly look at her. That is why the Predator's mask filters protected him. A modern soldier with video feed could look at her without turning to stone since its not direct and if the SCP foundation captured her they WOULD have cameras in her cell unlike the "Shy Guy" since that would be safe. I wonder how Medusa would do against Xenomorphs? They don't seem to have eyes anyway? Ever see the 2002 version of Daredevil starring Ben Affleck? Remember how he could almost "see" during a rain storm? Imagine a blind warrior with his powers vs Medusa during a rain storm?

There are still many other were the prey to be hunted Like predator vs the Wolfman, predator vs Katniss Everdeen from the hunger games, predator vs Jack the Ripper, predator vs the Indoraptor, predator vs Sharktopus, predator vs Scorpion King, predator, vs creature from the Black Lagoon, or predator vs the fly. But not predator vs the invisible man because printer can find them easily through heat signature.

This is a fabulous story. As a writer who wrote about Medusa, I am always curious how others see the Gorgon. With the Yuja Hunter and Medusa facing off, I wonder how this fight would go and I am so intrigued. More so, I am also interested in how other look at Medusa as being more "monster/Creature" than cursed woman. Additionally, leaving out her sisters Stheno and Euryale is also interesting as those two are more than formidable for the Yuja. But, I like where this is heading, both Gorgon and Predator facing off, waiting to make a move...for part two, get into Medusa's mind, what is she thinking? The rarity of hearing Medusa's thoughts is what makes her more monster than cursed. Play around with what is she thinking when trespassers come a calling....Still, fanatastic video, I salute you!!!

Well Medusa is so evil that by comparison the Predators are the heroes. As scary and evil as the Preds may be they do have a warrior's honor code and some kind of a moral compass but Medusa is PURE EVIL. Literary rules about good beating evil gives total "plot armor" to the Predator.
I don’t feel like I can offer up a “Scenario” like I did with “Medusa” because I’m not sure if you are familiar with this “Foe” It is from the “Doctor Who” Universe. *THE WEEPING ANGLES* You might need to research them a bit (you could search here on UA-cam to find videos on them) I wouldn’t recommend them if I didn’t think they were a “Worthy Opponent for a Yautja Warrior” I’m not sure if a 1V1 battle would work out, maybe a 3V3 as the Very Nature of a “Weeping Angle” would be difficult for a Predator to grasp. Ah Screw it, here is my attempt at a set up (it won’t make sense until you learn what a “Weeping Angle” is. If you already know then I hope you enjoy. The Yautja’s ship slipped through the night sky like a blade through black silk. No sound, no visual presence to alert anyone below that a Hunter Not of this world was looking for new prey to be displayed on this young Yautja’s Mantel piece. This was his first True Test, the game preserves of his people offered little in the way of resistance or entertainment. Here on Earth he had been promised the chance to find worthy prey. For three nights he had found little of worthy note, a few Drug Cartel Members transporting some white powder but they were nothing more than an opportunity to relive some boredom. It was then that his ships scanners detected something Unusual, the scanners could not detect a specific location just a large plot of land with small stone slabs littering the ground. The scanners showed multiple beings moving but any time the Yautja attempted to pin point one of them they seemed to vanish. The young Warrior Prepared himself for a Hunt. The Yautja selected his favorite hunting weapons and his ship began its decent. The ships landing gear sank into the soft ground and then Yautja’s feet felt the soft earth turn firm under his feet, as the Warrior adjusted his visor’s sensors they allowed him to make out some symbols on the ground. The Warrior began to sense movements all around him, he began firing his Plasma Caster wildly into the Night, for the first time the Warriors heart could be heard beating like a War Drum. Headstones Shattered as the Plasma Bolts tore through them the Wings of a Statue Melted away like wet sand as the tide rolled in and then a Screech in the night the Yautja realized he had hit something, something that felt Pain. The Warriors Blood began to boil with Rage, “SHOW YOURSELF” the Yautja screamed out in his mind. In a Rage the Warrior began smashing the Headstones with his blades he spun around and saw a Winged Statue staring him in the face, with one foul swoop he lopped the head off of it, from behind him he heard Several Screeches Cry out into the Night he spun back around again and was confronted by another statue it’s Wings Splayed out and the Statue had it’s Claws raised high, the Yautja stared at the statue, Cold Lifeless Yet there was Energy all around it as the Yautja pointed its Plasma Caster at the Statues Torso the Yautja Felt Stone Claws from behind him sink into his Flesh. I really hope you read this and learn about the “Weeping Angles” Terrifying Creatures.
Predator wins if Iron Man is not in his armor but his armor suit trumps any of Preds tools. As long as he has his suit on I say Iron Man. How about Predator vs Captain America if its fist fight (like the end of first film) and Predator has no technology to use.

They are a species bred to fight for the Founders, they too have clocking technology & only want to test themselves against the best. One of their motto's..... Would definitely like to see how you would write this one out.... Would definitely take several episodes to write this one out & would make a fans favourite... LOVE THE JEM’HADAR however I think it would likely be ONE SIDED As we have seen Star Fleet personnel take down Jem’Hadar Soldiers And Star Fleet aren’t even Soldiers we saw Jadzia Dax and Sisko and even Julian Bashir take down Jem’Hadar Soldiers (I know that this is because “The Plot” demanded it but Jadzia Dax is all of 5’7 and 130 Lbs Yautja’s are like 7’0 and like 400 LBS so I think a fair fight would be like 1 Predator Vs 5 Jem’Hadar Soldiers The Predator would likely be able to see through the cloak of the Jem’Hadar but they likely wouldn’t be able to see the Predators due to them not having any special Vision enhancement Gear. So I would LOVE TO SEE A VIDEO MADE PITTING THESE TWO but I think it would need to be a 1 V 5 OR 3 V 20 As 1 V 1 wouldn’t be a fair match. But the Jem' Hadar were always up for the fight & it's not always the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog.... I also think the Hirogens would put up a decent fight against the Predator/s, as we both know, it always comes down to how the plot is written. But both the Jem' Hadar & the Hirogens would make a great story against the Predator/s. Also the species called "The Reapers" who hunt Xenomorph's for their eggs & eat them as a delicacy, impervious to acid blood & would fight Xenomorph's hand to hand....... Too many plots of untrained humans beating Predator/s, Prey wasn't a bad film, but cum on, a 17/18 year girl with a couple of weeks of combat experience beats a harden Predator that's born & bred to hunt & kill with technological advances... @@TBirum1 Hi there, I think the Jem' Hadar were are on the same height comparison as a Predator as most were as tall as Worf & as strong if not stronger. I agree that they were no where as strong as a Predator or in weight. I would favour Predator one on one hand to hand.... Hirogen I think that would be too close to call, they are a very tall well built species & as we both know live for the hunt to collect trophies... Hand to Hand, I think I would go for the Predator/s..... As for the Borg (my favourite spices) I would always go for them, as they would adjust to Predators technology very quickly, especially the phaser shoulder cannon.. So would Predator getting assimilated in no time.... But all three species would make great stories ,especially if the stories could be animated.... What do u think of The Reapers???? I think they would be the ones that are more formidable than Predator/s. There wasn't much written about them, but what was, shows that they are a force to be reckoned with. Was a pity that they weren't expanded upon further as they could have had a massive following....

Wrong. In the movie Clash of the Titans filmed in 1981 it was established that only DIRECTLY looking at her face is fatal, which was why he could see her REFLECTION safely. It also means if you see her on TV or video or a photograph its safe. Pred's mask is video feed and thermal vision not regular light humans see with. Her curse is based on standard visible light humans use to see.

So now we have to find out for ourselves who would win?Well, it depends, if the Predator would catch her and cut off her head or smash her with a plasma then the Predator is definitely the winner. However, if it was a straight up first fight between Minotaur and Predator like the end of Predator 1 (1987) then my money is on Minotaur unless it was that 11 foot tall "upgrade" predator from the 4th Predator movie called "The Predator".

Great story once again & waiting for part 2..... How about a cross over to Star Trek & a battle against the Dominian's "JEM' HADAR".... They are a species bred to fight for the Founders, they too have clocking technology & only want to test themselves against the best.

They definitely could hold their own against a Predator, either one on one or group v group.... Would definitely like to see how you would write this one out.... LOVE THE JEM’HADAR
however I think it would likely be ONE SIDED
As we have seen Star Fleet personnel take down Jem’Hadar Soldiers
And Star Fleet aren’t even Soldiers we saw Jadzia Dax and Sisko and even Julian Bashir take down Jem’Hadar Soldiers
(I know that this is because “The Plot” demanded it but Jadzia Dax is all of 5’7 and 130 Lbs
Yautja’s are like 7’0 and like 400 LBS so I think a fair fight would be like 1 Predator Vs 5 Jem’Hadar Soldiers
The Predator would likely be able to see through the cloak of the Jem’Hadar but they likely wouldn’t be able to see the Predators due to them not having any special Vision enhancement Gear.
So I would LOVE TO SEE A VIDEO MADE PITTING THESE TWO but I think it would need to be a 1 V 5 OR
3 V 20
As 1 V 1 wouldn’t be a fair match.

@@TBirum1 Good point you make & we know that the plot always dictates the outcome.... But the Jem' Hadar were always up for the fight & it's not always the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog.... I also think the Hirogens would put up a decent fight against the Predator/s, as we both know, it always comes down to how the plot is written. But both the Jem' Hadar & the Hirogens would make a great story against the Predator/s. Also the species called "The Reapers" who hunt Xenomorph's for their eggs & eat them as a delicacy, impervious to acid blood & would fight Xenomorph's hand to hand....... Too many plots of untrained humans beating Predator/s, Prey wasn't a bad film, but cum on, a 17/18 year girl with a couple of weeks of combat experience beats a harden Predator that's born & bred to hunt & kill with technological advances... Too many storylines make a mockery of the Predator species. Its only in the comic series do the Predator/s live up their capabilities.... Respect your comment & thanks.....👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Now with this you would need 1 Predator Vs 10 Borg

3 Predators Vs 25 Borg
This would need to be a 2-3 Parter because I would like to see a “Assimilated” Predator Face off against a Predator
Pretty sure the Predator would defeat the Borg BUT the Borg do have energy shields and the Borg’s Nano Tubes can pierce through just about anything in order to inject Nanites
@@TBirum1 Hi there, I think the Jem' Hadar were are on the same height comparison as a Predator as most were as tall as Worf & as strong if not stronger. I agree that they were no where as strong as a Predator or in weight. I would favour Predator one on one hand to hand....
Hirogen I think that would be too close to call, they are a very tall well built species & as we both know live for the hunt to collect trophies... Hand to Hand, I think I would go for the Predator/s.....
As for the Borg (my favourite spices) I would always go for them, as they would adjust to Predators technology very quickly, especially the phaser shoulder cannon.. So would Predator getting assimilated in no time....
But all three species would make great stories ,especially if the stories could be animated....
What do u think of The Reapers???? I think they would be the ones that are more formidable than Predator/s. There wasn't much written about them, but what was, shows that they are a force to be reckoned with. Was a pity that they weren't expanded upon further as they could have had a massive following....

1. It is HIM seeing HER that would turn her to stone but he sees with heat (thermal vision) and her curse only applies to standard visible light humans see with.
2. How the hell can you say that a Predator does not have a soul? Because they are a different species? You are being "speciesist" and your attitude there is not much different from when Caucasian churches centuries ago would not let people of other ethnicities into their church because they believed that only their skin tone had a "soul".

Wrong. In the movie Clash of the Titans filmed in 1981 it was established that only DIRECTLY looking at her face is fatal, which was why he could see her REFLECTION safely. It also means if you see her on TV or video or a photograph its safe.
Pred's mask is video feed and thermal vision not regular light humans see with. Her curse is based on standard visible light humans use to see.

What, there's no end? So now we have to find out for ourselves who would win?Well, it depends, if the Predator would catch her and cut off her head or smash her with a plasma then the Predator is definitely the winner. But if he looked her in the eyes, regardless of whether he has a mask on, he would turned him into stone, as much more powerful beings can turn to stone. But if a man can defeat the Predator, then he does not represent Medusa no threat.
I posted above that the mask WOULD protect him from turning to stone and why.

A mask cannot protect from Medusa's gaze, while you can't see with your eyes and have a soul you cannot be protected from her gaze if you look into her eyes.

I usually fall asleep while listening to these UA-cam stories but these predator matches are so damned interesting that I was awake and alert the whole time.
Xenomorph v Minotaur.
Xenomorph totally wins as does Predator due to the technology. However, if it was a straight up first fight between Minotaur and Predator like the end of Predator 1 (1987) then my money is on Minotaur unless it was that 11 foot tall "upgrade" predator from the 4th Predator movie called "The Predator".
