What if did a hardware you need to run Blender video review or tutorial, even like different versions, like 2.83 will run on win7, most systems only support OpenGL up to 4.3 or 4.6, so none will probably support Blender 4.2, is there a universal blender like 2.79, will blender ever be able to backport fixes besides the LTS versions.
