Fire pit eazy you tap into natural gas you can do it your BBQ grill just run line change orphise. It's tiny restriction for gas flow propane is different size. I use only real wood in my fire pit. Fallen trees, chairs, old she'd, fence posts. One I bought charcoal burns way hot

I don't view world in detail. But I know trades are using fancy materials that I'd where all your cost. I would build house to suit me let Taylored suit this house is to much. But I can see why new owner would change this and that. Get cheapest home great location view and flat land.
