I got the logitech g pro x lightspeed and found it miles better than the hyperx cloud II wireless when it comes to sound, build quality and design. However now when Alpha is out I am thinking about switching to that. l
He said the bass is too soft or too low, but you can easily turn it up in the app, you can also turn the mids or highs up or down. I would say Logitech g pro x > Hypere x cloud 2

i have cloud alpha s and everyone complaining my mic is low so even if u go all troughout software or patch it up with firmware not much u can do other than using 3rd party programs like voicemeter banana or something to boost ur mic than other issues will arise like hearing ur keyboard other than that for media is great if u dont need mic go for it but if u need mic my advice would be logitech g pro x as I will buy them this week changing my year old cloud alpha s for it as they have numerous functions in software comparing to hyperx
@@ahmedabdullah3422 hey brother they arriving to me in 2 days I can get back on you than but in their software you can downalod presets and hear like pro gamers hear their sound there you can have dozens different presets or make your own basiclly for every of around 10 sliders each sliders have 6 different to tune it however you prefer comparing to hyper x cloud alpha S where I have only 3 buttons to move on headset to low mid and high I mainly ordered logitech pro x coz of blue voice techonology which is used in blue yetti microphones as hyper x is really really bad with mic just go watch some reviews on their software capabilities and hyperx software have literally nothing to change volume up down bass sidetone and thats it
I got the hypercloud lls yday. Super dissappointed, not a good headset for games like for say Call of Duty Warzone 2. The bass and the ambient noise is way to loud, specially with shooting or things blowing up covering all other sounds like footsteps etc. My G35 Logitech broke and thought I would get the hypers, sent them back and ordered G Pro X now.
In my conclusion before I bought cloud alpha is if someone looking for mouse then go for Logitech but if someone looking good headset for music and gaming definitely Hyperx is the answer..

little bit expensive for wired gaming headset here it cost 99€ at that price you can get wireless

I'd prefer the g pro x if it wasn't for the fact that it's cables fail more often than the alpha's while being harder to find for replacement.
