I think those injuries were a blessing in disguise. People and teams consistently undervalue that redshirt year holding a clipboard, acclimating to the NFL, understanding the technical differences between the NFL and college concepts, etc. ARich basically got that now and he didn't have much college experience overall so I think its wheels up from here. He just needs to protect his body more from guys getting full weight hits on him.

It’s not even necessarily sliding but Lamar does a great job of finessing tackles and not trying to compete with the defender. AR has to take advantage of the QB bias of penalty. If he goes for the ground and gets rocked it’s a penalty. He’ll learn.

Colts retained 100% of their starting 22. That is pretty crazy, and if we can stay (relatively) healthy, I think we can be good.
