Thank you for the appreciation. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make a video on it. But it would be easy for you to install it coz it’s just plug and play :) ride safe
Pretty sure BMW states the engine bolts (which is what these are replacing/ bolting in place of) are torqued to 60NM so of the frame sliders I’ve seen are only rated for 40NM of tightening Don’t know if that’ll make much of a difference, but I’d still be torquing them to spec if I could.
@@arisimangan thanks for the reply. What I mean is you have space for 2 sliders on the left and 2 sliders on the right, in this video you are using 1 on the left and 1 on the right. Is that enough? Because I going to also order the evotech instead of the r&g racing or wuhler but they are using 2 on each side. It seems what you did is more than enough I guess ;)
Several other expensive BMW addons use the holes you are putting the sliders in. This will piss someone off who bought crash bars using those attachment sites such as you are!! The crash bars also are aftermarket attachment site for auxiliary lights Not me, lol!! Mine came with the after market stuff already, so I did not make this mistake!! Was there any reason why you did not warn people about this? I have the sliders through the front and rear wheels.
@@arisimangan Do you have a picture of the whole bike with the frame sliders installed? I did hesitate with sw motech crash bars but I found that crash basr are not very esthetic and the are a little bit to heavy and price also is expensive, the reason why I would prefer frame sliders (top blocks)
Hello Laurent, well I am in the United States and found all of the items on MotoMachines.com. I just purchased the front and rear axle sliders, the side slider and a Embark Windshield but the Evotech site is awesome as well...
I used a T-55 to take the first bolts off.
Thank you 🙌🏻
Thanks for this video, man. So simple and yet so helpful, the only one I could find actually showing on the bike I have.
Thanks for the appreciation :)

Do we need to measure the torque in installing it?
No need to measure

What size of torx key is needed?
Hi! 10mm Allen wrench. Try T50 or T45
Question: only one slider is needed? Not 2?
2 sliders are needed. The sliders are sold in pairs

Hello, where can we find them? Do you have a link please? thanks
Here’s the link - evotech-performance.com :) Where are you based? Coz they might have a local dealer in your area.
@@arisimangan thanks a lot. I live in France actually

You can just use the torx wrench to install the sliders. It's the same dimensions as the Allen (hex) key.
I was wondering where you got that Hex/Star key wrench combo?
I purchased it online. I got it from shopee. They also have it in Lazada and Amazon.
@@arisimangan Sweet my man. So do you have a part number or name of what to look for. Thanks again Ari...
@@jameslabeta2490 you’re welcome 😉 you may check out the fly man brand s.lazada.com.ph/s.1Pw2b - this is where I ordered here in the Philippines
