Lately I've been struggling to find the right way to motivate my self in going forward in my life and career. Your message taught me to reconsider, what I was praised before? Why am I not getting that praise anymore? I always loved a good challenge but had difficult times to finish It lately.
Thank you so much for these eye opening words.
Very well said. From the point of "effort" I know this is true, very true.
Interesting. I was thinking about this very possibility just this week. Kind of analyzing my teenage years (I’m 75 years old now, still trying to understand who I was sixty some years ago) thank you.
Interesting!
Love it! Angela Duckworth's book, Grit is good as well.
Grit is an amazing book, I agree!
Bravo ❤
Thank you for writing down your message, it is so useful for me, as a French subscriber 🙏 I don't understand everything, of course, even if I try hard
You're welcome 😊
Very importante for us teachers
Agreed!
May I know the music you used?

👍🏻
I like your effort on these, but the video clips entered only have men doing athletes things and focus mostly on males. Be nice to see females included.
Word salad 🥗 ?! 🤔 🤷♀️
You took one study, then drove your brain off a cliff. Praise from another and self efficacy are not equal, in fact dozens of studies show that strong self efficacy increases performance.
