I feel so good in my skin, aging naturally. People are confident in themselves for so much more important things than their looks. Why this even needs to be countered in conversation is beyond me. You can be phenomenally confident in everything, because you have self worth for your life choices. This includes how you pull yourself together. I think all natural women are beautiful! I don’t feel the same about people who have completely altered their looks. You can’t compare someone getting a facial and their nails done or dying their greys, to someone pumping their faces and getting a nose job. You always compare these. Those aren’t comparable… let’s stop manipulating people. Yes! Gua sha and water, and proper clothing (colour) - Lauren I love that you brought this in! And stress management, being in nature, building a beautiful life, sleep, taking care of yourself - is a beautiful way to ooze natural beauty. I think the world would be a better place if average looking woman, just accepted they are average looking instead of chasing what naturally beautiful people look like.
I undid signs of aging with facial manipulation. Regular facial massage of my skincare products like Lauryn is talking about. It’s incredible what it can do
Love love LOVEEEEE THIS EPISODE !!!Such an honest and open conversation about beauty, wellness, food an routines. Plus you two girls together are SO MUCH FUN 👏☝️👏☝️👏☝️👏☝️
You are stunning & gorgeous! I immediately found you on IG & started following you after this. I can’t believe you’re 42, as someone whose 41, i can’t wait to learn from you!
These shows aren’t for “normal” people. Nobody around my town is getting face lifts at 40 & 50. My skin looks fantastic at this age! They have too much money to spend!
The guest is beautiful. But in my opinion, she looks like she went over board with the plastic surgery or maybe injections. Lauren looks like it's natural. I'm saying that because she admitted to it. I can not tell.
These negative comments about katie and the work shes had done are ridiculous. She looks incredible and the work shes had is not noticable, she just looks younger and gorgeous.loved the episode
You are the cutest, fascia. But I bet she has posted it somewhere! On the podcast, she mentions lifting up each part of her face gently, all over in upward motions, and using something tacky like tallow balm or one of her oils for like 10-20 minutes in the morning outside, because she loves a good habit stack. 💖
All false advertising!! Let your face be!! The implications of not sustaining your genetic characteristics is big. Do you really want to attract a partner with features you weren't born with, then have children that look nothing like you? Additionally, the disparity it creates between natural featured women versus women that have had work done completely scews the male gaze and chances for people to even find partners.

Katie is the best, literally life changing finding her. ❤❤

Sure I want a nose job and a ponytail lift but then I say to myself “what if my daughter ends up with my nose and I don’t have my nose anymore.”
You are stunning & gorgeous! I immediately found you on IG & started following you after this. I can’t believe you’re 42, as someone whose 41, i can’t wait to learn from you!
I think you can be happy for others even if you don’t feel great about yourself.
Lauren….i need a whole video on your facial massage PLEASE!! 😘
So stoked for this episode 🎉

Who was the surgeon that did her brow lift and blepharoplasty? Also who does her laser treatments? It helps the listener to get these details

Lauren doing it right ..the lady she interviewed over did it with filler. I can tell who would be ID at the liquor store …. & who definitely would not
that was my thought watching this too, even though they're basically the same age Lauryn looks way more youthful than the guest.
@ omg no way 😭 that’s too sad for real

Ok but her favorite thing…. Any type of injection.
Wow isn't it tiring to be such a hater?
Still gorg
Yeah if your blind
You really think I’m taking beauty advice from someone who looks like her? 😂
😂
So sad when women are others women’s worst enemy
Lmaoo finally people are opening their eyes....like wtf not one celeb or girl looks better with plastic
You don't need a face lift yet! There's nothing to lift. I have nothing against plastic surgery. I have had a little myself..
😂😂😂😂😂
my boobs are real but we’re not talking about that.
