I’ve always used Princeton aside from the brushes that came in your yearlong subscription boxes. The round 8 cracked. Craftamo had to replace. Although I thoroughly enjoyed your monthly tutorials, the Princeton brushes will remain my favorite brushes. And Winsor & Newton professional will remain my favorite paints.
Inspiring work! I’m itching to try my filberts now! Just FYI for older viewers, like me, when you work in white or yellow it’s hard to see.
Many artists describe the filbert as the most versatile style available! A filbert brush has virtually all the essential advantages of a flat with significantly more range of mark making. It's incredible to think that most variations of flat brushes in use today were made possible by the introduction of the metal ferrule in the 19th century, contemporary with the French Impressionists!

Congrats on 400K Subscribers Emma! I've been missing art as I moved from Ontario to NB 3 weeks ago. Having to pack up my supplies, sell my home move and settle in. I started off with your video today this May holiday to inspire me! I have your 4 set of brushes with a large filbert that I can try some florals with. I honestly can't even recall if I have another size filbert as I've been away from my art for months! Time to get back at it! So thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise!
