NZ M8+ Relaxed rowing

Crew picking it up well, but not trying to add anything more during the drive. Just doing enough "to stay ahead of the boat". There is work happening but it compliments the all important movement of the shell.

A metal straw usually used as a visual cue to get more length in the rowing stroke

it's a white ziptie we tape to the hull at the correct catch angle + handle height, metal rod would mess your hands up
