Great review! People in the comments section, listen up! I just received my glasses today. I did not get them for free; I paid for them on Amazon last week and just got them today. Let me tell you, I am a huge techie, and when something sucks, I return it. I will not be returning these. They are amazing! I returned last year's model because the technology, in my opinion, wasn't there yet, and I wasn't wasting my money on them, so back they went! Not these! These are a keeper until their next iteration. WOW, JUST WOW! I showed them to my wife and said, "Remember last year's model? Well, check these out." She was amazed! My neckband will be here tmrw!

Ive seen a couple of your videos now as I’m interested in the Viture glasses. I like them and they’re very informative. One thing I would love to be different is for you to get rid of your audio bed. You don’t need the music underneath you talking. It’s distracting and not needed at all.
I was thinking to myself that he sounds way too professional for the number of subscribers he currently has. His sound resembles any other channel that has millions subscribers. Perhaps maybe that's a compliment, but I was thinking I'd here some cons. I would like to see the comparison video he alluded to towards the end. That will be cool. On that note, Xreal Air 2 ULTRA is now a thing.

Nice review. I was sad to hear that they're on the same frames. If they got edge blur fixed and had also gotten a more flexible frame for increased comfort, I might have tried these out. I had the Viture One glasses for a week before I ended up sending them back because they were too uncomfortable.

I’m thinking of getting that instead of neck band to work with viture pro Also you mentioned the mobile dock works with other brands. Can I use xreal air as my second pair of glasses with mobile dock and viture pro?
thanks.. Glad to do this and yes it does but it's no different than a cell phone without using Xreal glasses.. in other words all you would get is screen mirror mode so no access to the Nebula Spatial UI. Best combo IMHO right now is VITURE Pro and Neckband.

I don't own an XBOX or plan on doing a dedicated review of that but will test with my Ps5 and once I do I'll answer here so stay tuned! I will say though that the wireless connection to Gamepass or PSplay using the VITUER neckband has been great! It's awesome to go lay back in bed and still have a connection to the console in the living room. 😎
Hey Don. Good review buddy. I do have a question. Since I'm a VR video guy, I've used my VR headset as if you are hooking up directly to the HDMI out with an HDMI to USBC converter. I'm wondering if that would work with these glasses?
Hey Al.. it's great to hear from you! For that use case you would most likely want the dock. This would allow you to take any standard HDMI input and convert it to the glasses. Would also give you a secondary output port for a USB-C monitor or second pair of glasses and also has USB-C in as well so that little additional box makes it very versatile and it should do everything that you want and more! 😎
Hey Don, I have a question. When you use the "pin the screen" feature and turn your head left and right, is the screen jittery? Mine is, and I don't know if they're defective or what. You'd think that with a 120hz refresh rate, that wouldn't happen.
I don't get any jitter but do get a bit of a warping effect and that's something VITURE is working on. So far unfortunately the 3dof pinned screens have not been very good on most glasses I've tried....This is one area that Xreal is a bit better at currently but I have no doubt after talking to my contacts at VITURE that this is something they are laser focused on solving. Honestly though, I don't think we will see perfect pinned screens until we get glasses that are 6dof and have location awareness and memory.
Hey Don, since viture is listening to you. Could you tell them we need a firmware update for the 3d? When you press the button on the side to go into 3d mode the image is square. Instead of 16.9
Is your source full or half SBS? I've had that issue in the past when the 3D wasn't formatted correctly from The source material. Just played both my copies of ready player one and Avatar and both of them looked incredible!
Ironically that dumb neck thing is actually the best solution right now if you don't want to hook glasses to a phone or PC.. one thing a lot of people keep forgetting about is the fact that using something like this means you have no cord dangling to get snagged on things.. can't tell you how many times my Xreal or Rokid glasses have been ripped off my face because of that reason!

I talked about the comfort, screen quality and clarity, audio quality, how much I liked and valued the privacy features, and then wrapped it up with a recommendation that these are some of the best glasses out of the nine pairs that I own! So what exactly were you wanting me to talk about? Not much I can say about the dock or the controller as they're both pretty basic and do their functions well, so most of my focus was on the glasses and I covered all the bases that anyone who might be looking to purchase these would be interested in hearing about! I also said that they weren't the most comfortable so not overly positive.... Best thing about these is the screens! 😖

Yeah that's definitely a feature I would love to see but honestly these new Sony screens look freaking great even without it.
