Good day Mr Pj love these these homes in Westmorland. I've been seeing these properties lovely. But do you think I could build a four bedroom with similar style not so much windows with around$60-70 thousand US. Sticking to a tight budget. Your from Saint Elizabeth, like my parents from Munro College. Maybe next year I would like to start, and are you able to build for person's whom live abroad. Although in England, but because Jamaican system love push US dollars..🤔🇬🇧🇯🇲🤗
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but…No. Not in Jamaica. The pool alone cost $40,000 UDS or roughly 29,000 GBP. And Depending on the material, the roof will run you about $10,000 USD to $40,000 USD or 7,250 GBP or 29,000 GBP.

All depends where you go and who’s in charge of building; contractor vs a builder etc. 50-60k can get you started where you’ll have the structure/shell up. Then there is electrical work, plumbing, rendering walls, etc. there’s a builder on UA-cam that’s building a 2800sqft house and he breaks down the amount that has been spent throughout the process; and I believe he’s at 10m JMD where the full structure is up and roof on.
