Thanks for the question. It's tough for me regarding the videos warning of economic crash. I was here in 06-08 and experienced that crash. The indicators right now are very different...but it's hard to tell. I can tell you that most of the Buyers we are working with are putting decent down payments towards their purchases and thinking long term with their intentions. This is very different than 04-06 when most of the purchases were intended to "flip" or they would be stuck....and they ended up stuck.
