Very welcome! I am doing another video this week on what is causing some of the HOA fees to go up beyond normal insurance premiums. It's a great thing for the long term....but in the short, we are seeing many have to increase a decent amount to "reset" so to speak. Certainly depends on the age of the building. What are your thoughts on Ft Walton Beach. I have a 2 bedroom condo at the breakers on the 6th floor? I’m thinking about selling just so I can buy RE here in Tenn where I live. Don’t know if I’ll take a hit or not based on the info here on this video.
