no comment, it speaks for itself...this is timeless. Literally - there is no timing yet it's timed perfectly. Like they are playing off something (I am sure) but I can't find what it is. This is intense, yet laid back.
to be honest, on this album I only like Ayler and Grimes' work: Murray is a great drummer, unless one asks him to keep time, in this case he is at least conventional, while the piano player is simply boreing (int his album, I don't know nothing on his work as a whole). Nontheless an interesting album ( I'm particularly fond on freejazz and new orelans jazz)
