He must be given noble prize
Before eating seed oils (misnamed "vegetable oil" - they're from seeds!) Please listen to Dr. Chris Knobbe's video - the expert on the mounting problems from seed oils, like Dr. Tan is on tocotrienols. VERY IMPORTANT!
He was amazing! I loved listening to him!
Thankyou for clarifying vit E!! Tnx

I would like to know what was the amount of tocotrienols that the test study used and what would be a standard dose for most people.

What about d alpha tocopherol? It’s also natural, isn’t it? Will it be harmful or do good?
What is the best way to get the right kind and amount of vitamin E from foods?
Seeds, nuts, vegetables, cooking oils.. .. but these are not strong enough to get a strong antioxidant effect, that's why Dr. Tan suggests Tocotrienol supplement.
How much should a 16 year old with Crohn's disease that weighs 116 lbs take?
Can you take them with high blood pressure?
I read that tocotrienols can lower sbp. I also read to be careful. I’d really like to know too. Hopefully someone out there can enlighten us.
Can I take this while on chemo?
I am pretty sure that my sister in law was told to take Vitamin E while going through chemo. I wish you the best health.
Yes you can.
so he said its ok to take mixed tocopheral with tocotrienols even if it has a little alpha-tocopherol.. is this correct???
He said mixed tocopherol is better than alpha tocopherol alone in the context. Tocopherol will negate the effects of tocotrienol, the larger the amount of tocopherol, the larger it negates. I think based on what he said in the cancer trial. 50% tocopherol and 50% tocotrienol will render tocotrienol ineffective entirely. It is better to have 100% pure tocotrienol instead IMHO.
Tokotrienols they lower progesterone and prolactin
Do I continue with statin for cholesterol? Or do u suggest any alternative?
I think Tan takes statin (although that doesn't mean you should).
So, is annatto a delta tocotrienol?
A quick Google search on the terms "what form of tocotrienol does annatto contain" reveal that the annatto plant contains 90% delta and 10% gamma tocotrienol. (And it's not a matter of whether annatto is one kind of tocotrienol or another, rather which kind it contains, in addition to other biological compounds.)
Tokotrienols they lower progesterone and prolactin
Vit e is bad.
Tell that to this doctor :-)
