Sir when you’re suggesting anything to civilians I would like to add that if someone has any health conditions or if someone don’t know that they have any health condition then please consult your doctor and ask if it’s okay for you to run for few miles? Because some runners live stressful life, high blood pressure, uneven heart rate or even never go for regular annual check up. In india it is very common so please know your body first and then increase vigorous activity. Josh ke sath hosh rehna is very important. Thank you Shivendra sir.

Absolutely needed this, sir❤️ I started easy running a month ago and have started to see some changes. As suggested by you, I'll progress to Tempo and threshold running and sprinting after a few months. Would love to know more about weighted running with like ankle weights or rucksacks or holding dumbbells and also running on slopes or elevated surfaces like stairs as I plan to advance to it after building enough endurance.
