    I am someone who has lost close to 13 kilos in the last 6.5/7 months. I can attest to the fact that EVERYTHING Saket said, before Ranveer interrupted, is absolutely bang on. Tracking calories is the MOST basic thing in order to lose weight. Anything whose calories cannot be tracked (like pani puri) should be avoided, or had on rare occasions. Tabhi loss hoga. Ranveer's PoV is so massy, so pedestrian, its unbelievable. Serious weight loss karna hai toh calories track karna hi padega. Simple.

      not true gym is mostly 20-30% i have seen people go gym like for a year and yet putting no muscle, your diet is the best thing

      I mean depends on what your goals are. if we really want to dive in, they are not putting on muscle because they don’t know how to 1) properly weight train for time under stress and progressive overload, 2) incorporate focused cardio, 3) get enough sleep, 4) drink enough water, 5) eat the right things, and 6) eat at the right times during the day. So comes down to discipline.

      Cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, green peas, spinach, lettuce and other leafy vegetables, tofu, all dairy products, dry fruits like almonds pistas groundnuts..for supplements you can use whey protein isolate

    50% protien is not needed protien not good for brain. Brian requires 25% of total carb intake . Not more than 12gm of protein is needed. Western way of looking ia this protien. Eat normal Indian cooked food (thali) and tiffin (fermented and pea based) and work.out moderate ..eat based on where you come from native food
    Salad is worst food as veg cannot be had raw given the. Chemicals jn supply chain. Cooked veg ..dont accept eveeything based on podcast each individual bodybateuxture genes require a different approach . I loat weight by eating same food, avoiding sugar and deep fried and swimming . No other changes
