Ranveer's PoV is so massy, so pedestrian, its unbelievable. Serious weight loss karna hai toh calories track karna hi padega. Simple.
I mean depends on what your goals are. if we really want to dive in, they are not putting on muscle because they don’t know how to 1) properly weight train for time under stress and progressive overload, 2) incorporate focused cardio, 3) get enough sleep, 4) drink enough water, 5) eat the right things, and 6) eat at the right times during the day. So comes down to discipline.

not true gym is mostly 20-30% i have seen people go gym like for a year and yet putting no muscle, your diet is the best thing
