  • Moving during your birth may encourage labor and reduce discomfort. In my experience, moving during my birth made me feel much more comfortable. While I was feeling deep sensation, the ability to move intuitively, took the "edge off" and helped me stay focused and calm.
    Join me for this yoga sequence to help support you through your birth💜. I encourage you to practice this sequence throughout your pregnancy so that you may be familiar with the poses during your labor.
    Postures are suitable for all trimesters. Modify as needed. A blanket is an optional prop for this class. Please consult your physician to assure exercise is appropriate for you at this time.
