  • Sun Salutations or Surya Namaskara are a series of poses used as a warm-up sequence for a yoga practice. If you are short on time (as many parents are😅), doing sun salutations may be a quick way to warm-up your body. You can practice Sun Salutation in the morning before you begin your day to get a quick energy boost. Perhaps you don't have time for a complete yoga practice, however, adding a little bit of yoga to your morning routine can be helpful in setting up your day with vitality. It only takes 5 minutes🌞.
There are many variations of SunSalutations. I will be guiding you through a series called "Sun Salutation A." I will give you modifications during the first round if you would like to modify. I will guide you through three rounds, nevertheless, you may do as many rounds as you like🌸.
Join me for this quick and energetic sequence. No props needed. Not recommended for prenatal people or postnatal people with diastasis recti. Please consult with your doctor to ensure physical activity is suitable for you.
