- This is my drum cover of "Arithmophobia" by Animals As Leaders from their new album "The Madness of Many"
After listening to the full album, I would say this is one of the more accessible songs on drums. Although, it's not "easy". I will be covering "Inner Assassins" next. :)

Dude, stop getting better man! You're starting to make us older drummers incredibly jelly. Could just be me, but dang, you've improved so much. You can see the literal hundreds of hours you've invested into drumming, I often wondered what separates great drummers, from good ones when I first started, and after my first two years I found my answer. Commitment to practice.

Hey Joe. Your progress over the past couple months is truly inspiring. I was just wondering if you're able to recommend some concepts you may have been working on to improve in more technical aspects such as Displacement and Independence coz I've just been stuck in a rut for some time.
Thanks for watching! I'd recommend you get a book on independence, "Advanced Techniques for the Modern Drummer: Coordinated Independence" is the book I've worked through, but any will do. As with any development of skill, it's just about working on concepts you aren't familiar with.

Quick question, how did you get the original drums to diminish so much? Did you split the track and phase it against itself? I tried that and found I lost too many of the other parts of the song so I ended up just laying everything on top of the regular track.
