Fully-automated Packaging Line Loading Tubes into Cartons

An automated packaging line loading tubes into cartons.
This system was designed to increase throughput, reduce production costs, and remove the bottle neck from their manufacturing operation.
The packaging system includes:
1. Crash lock carton erector
2. High-speed robotic pick & place cell
3. Hot-melt glue carton closer
With integrated IP cameras and remote connectivity for a complete after-sales service and support package.
One size of box arrives from the Tekpak Case Erector via conveyer to the Robotic Pick & Place Cell.
One size of product arrives via conveyers to the Robotic Pick & Place Cell.
The robot arm picks the product and places it into the boxes until they are full.
The filled boxes are then transported to the Tekpak Case Closer machine.
