Automation in the workplace prompted me to get off the production line and pursue a maintenance career. Been in maintenance now for 3 years, and am a full time student studying Mechatronics. The upside to automation is fantastic for a company but greatly impacts employees who can’t find work. But you will ALWAYS need maintenance!!!!!!!
When we cant buy Chinese because they dont want our iron ore ,we will save up or 20years to buy an Australian made fridge,and 40 yrs to buy a car just like the old days
