Today's video is all about the mintiest concoction I have put my nose on. This is my Amouage Beach Hut Man Fragrance Review. I initially dismissed this fragrance because the name didn't excite me but upon further investigation and realizing it's a minty fragrance I got excited. This is quite green, herbal, aromatic, bitter, earthy, woody concoction definitely for the mint lover. If you love mint, with slight shaving soapy, Fougere qualities you should get your nose on it. I know I’m late but I smelled this yesterday and it’s amazing ! I think the name is perfect because it’s a really fresh clean scent with a kinda earthy mossy tone to it…almost comes across like straw and then it hit me…it’s as if a fresh and clean man was sitting on the beach underneath a straw beach hut ! Boom beach hut man ! Wonderful scent !

I love this one! Amazing, natural smelling fragrance. The mint and ivy play so well together, the patchouli has a slight potpourri tinge but the soapy vetiver keeps it’s clean. All around, gorgeous.
One of my absolute favorites from a spectacular fragrance house. BHM is right behind Reflection Man for me.
Such a wonderful description! I especially like the part about it smelling like large clumps of grass being chopped up by a lawnmower. As far as the name, I actually get it. I've worn my small sample of this at the beach and it smells simialr to the grassy thatch of a seaside hut where we had breakfast. It worked perfectly in that environment. Again, great description as always.

Love it! I also own Sunshine Man, but I find myself reaching for Beach Hut more so. Such a powerful fragrance. Lingers on clothes until they're washed and even on skin after a shower. Need to go easy on the trigger or it choke out a crowd.
Thx for reviewing this. I describe this fragrance as a bar of Irish Spring Soap covered in fresh pine needles, mint, spices and woods. Very masculine and assertive. My favorite green fragrance and most complimented in my collection
My favorite two scents are mint and barbershop scents. Both Refreshing Growing up in Beirut we used mint in many foods and in many tea flavors From you description of ingredients sound similar to greens used in the lebanese tabouli. Very interesting.
One my favorite amouages. If Interlude Man is the blue beast, Beach Hut is definitely the green beast.

I agree Beach Hut Man is very strong. In my opinion some of the Amouage fragrances fits the category "Beast Mode"...
yeah definitely a "Green" beast! It's just the name that's unfortunate. Landscape, Forest, Lakeside or Reservoir wouldve been better names for it (or anything that would have greenery to it lol)

I have a decant of Beach Hut Man and love it. It'll be my next Amouage full bottle purchase. The mint smells like a mint plant, not double mint gum, think of walking by a mint plant a just brushing it... that's the smell. I don't get a bitterness out of it. Perfect summer scent. Great review, as always.
Emjoyes your review ans the picture u painted of the lawn mower running over all of the green plants. The only fragrances I can think of that ive had with mint are Le Male, and the only one I currently own, MFK Aqua Celestia Forte which I love. As far as Amouage I only briefly smelled Interlude Man and I have a decant of and really enjoy Reflection Man. Thanks Sebastian.

For me it’s Memoir for Warm Weather lol. One of my favorite warm weather scents (which can be used in cold weather, just like memoir can be used in warm weather, it’s just as suited to it). This and Memoir are probably my favorite green /woody fragrances.

Great review! I just commented yesterday on your aquatic video how I had avoided Beach Hut Man because of its name. Once I finally got my nose on it I fell in love. It is one one of the 5 Amouage bottles I own.

I get a little bit of that toothpaste mint. It definitely dries down to a smoother woody base. I do enjoy this one alot for summer nights.
I feel like the dry down in Beach Hut man smells very similar to Royal Water by Creed. The openings are completely different but as they both level off they begin to share similarly. Nice review!

Came across this by accident as i ordered the interlude but got this, couldn’t resist unpacking and sampling, so happy. Love this but also interlude and reflection.
Another thumbs up brother! Always wanted to try this one & now that I've heard Sébastian's take on it... I'm dying to get my nose on it. Was reluctant due to the mint note but now that I know it's not toothpaste in a bottle I'm in!

I love it, regarding the name, you say it doesn’t make sense, but, imagine a hut, in the tropical woods next to coconut trees and palms, after the rain, along with some ocean spray.... it smells like the hut, not the beach :)
Great review. I love BHM. It reminds me a little of Creed Viking, at least with the mint. Also, a new favorite of mine with mint is Parfums De Nicolai L'eau Mixte
This is my favorite summer fragrance. Absolutely incredible and unique. Not for everyone though. Also, never noticed the foam smell until you mentioned it. Excellent review
I wish I could be more into this fragrance. To me the mint does lean a little toothpastey or synthetic. The other green notes smell pretty realistic but the mint doesn’t to me. It’s unfortunate because if it smelled more authentic I think I would really like this fragrance!

Great review Sebastian. I love this fragrance. It is my favourite from Amouage . The dry down is so smooth and the fragrance lasts so long on my skin.
I definitely get the chopped lawn connotation it has some of that very green nuance to it which is nice, an overall very green fragrance that dries down to a woody base. It's fantastic but unfortunately because of the name a lot of people could have passed this fragrance and never sampled it. "Landscape" or "Forest" would be a better name lol
I appreciate what Amouage did w: this fragrance, I commend the craftsmanship; it’s different; I hate it 😑

The mintiest in my opinion is Armani Code original edt. Lasts just 3-4 hours but is a masterpiece and smells unique.

its nice, very green! But I could not get that much mint, I found a lot more mint in Channel Allure Homme Extreme.
I love all Amouages and this one is on the top 3 .. Dia number one Interlude comes second.
I liked it, but I was always becoming anosmic to it, and when some notes are muted, its unbearable and resinous drydown is very annoying. I would love it if I would have no anosmia

After Jubilation, this is my favourite Amouage! So authentic, green but still original, and a complex experience that changes a lot depending on the weather!

I’m very curious to smell how that mint works with the ivy. I’m currently layering Eau de Minthe and Eau de Lierre. :)

They are totally different to me but still similar styles. Just different notes. You must love mint though, please read the comments here as some people say they still get toothpaste from this. I don't and I can't stand minty toothpaste fragrances! Good deals are good though! :)
