    Dude, someone gave you the shitty advice of hooking up with Nomadic Fanatic. You guys have class. Nomadic is a begging ass. I watched some of his videos and just about every one he produces, he's claiming issues with his RV. What's really sad, he gets fools to send him money.....SMFH!!!! In my opinion you folks and two others are the ONLY ones worth watching. You guys keep it real and obviously are mentally and financially stable to live your experiment. I should mention, I took your advice on hauling my Harley's. The whole lift thing was looked into and the engineers at the link you shared with me said that it can't be done without major liability. So basically I bought a bigger trailer so we'll be able to tow wife's 4Runner and squeeze the bikes on....thanks brother.

    • @LifeWithPaulLorena
      @LifeWithPaulLorena  7 років тому +1

      Nomadic seems to be a love em or hate em, kind of guy. We've talked a lot about how to monetize the channel (wasn't our intent at first) and I really have a hard time with the way it is done by some of the vloggers. It is a TON of work, but I think it cal still be done without going the begging route. We try hard to be the same whether the camera is rolling or not....ok, I don't swear near as much on camera, Lol!
      Can't wait to see your rig when you are up and rolling! Safe travels! Paul

  • @PlaneSaddles

    So there is at least 3 Cowboy Capital of the World (just for ease writting this "CCOW") towns in Texas...Bandera can be looked at as the ranch CCOW, Stephenville (Erath County) has been the competition/rodeo CCOW for decades, and now Weatherford is starting to become the competition/rodeo Mecca. In reality Stephenville and Weatherford are close enough together (45 miles) just count them as one area, and this one area usually accounts for 25%-50% of the competitors at the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas each year.

    So glad y'all are enjoying your stay in Texas. While you're in the San Antonio area, go down to Market Square & visit Mi Tierra's (www.mitierracafe.com)... great baked goods & food. Also, San Antonio Missions National Historical Park is a really cool collection of 4 18th century Spanish missions (rvtexasyall.com/blog-texas-historical-sites/san-antonio-missions-national-historical-park.html). These missions along with the Alamo are a World Heritage Site. Let us know when you're coming through the Houston area. We'd love to take y'all to dinner. -Stacie & Tom

    Thank You guys for another one of your awesome videos . Thanks for taking me along .The ranches you saw along the way were fabulous . They all are I'm sure worth a fortune . Paul get your sh-- kickers w/spurs & your cowboy hat & clothes ready if you want to move there as I'm sure that is how they dress in that area . The restaurant you ate at in Kerrville , TX looked beautiful . How was the food there ? It reminded me of this big restaurant that I went to decades ago in Tulsa , Oklahoma while I was stationed @ McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita , Kansas . It had a bunch of different themed rooms in it . It was beautiful .Have you gone to the river walk yet in San Antonio? There is a revolving roof top restaurant in San Antonio at the site where one of the World Fairs was held there along time ago . While I was in Air Force Basic Training @ Lackland Air Force base a couple of guys in my squadron & I had lunch there while we were on town pass. Food was good nd the view from the top while thev restaurant revolved was beautiful . Sure felt good to get away from the base for a while after not having seen the outside world for quite while . Enjoy the rest of your time in Texas . Happy travels .

    @Lorena: not sure I'd share my wine - I'm kinda possessive of that one (or better: I only share if there's a second or third bottle around...), but you can have all the baked things since I rarely eat sweets or baked things. I do however bake for other people on occasion ... how odd is that :-) (PS: in our household the kitchen and the workshop are mine. No messing with my knives or my tools!)

    Hi. I don't know if I would show up on a Friday or Saturday night at a Salon in Texas with assperagus in my hands to grill? They might let you grill some stuff? Maybe? but getting out alive would be the real challenge? besides assperagus would just fall through the grill anyways. Take care. Hawk out!!

      The food was ok. We ate at a place in San Antonio called "Rosarios" and it was the bomb! Lorena said the best she's had since moving to the US 10 years ago! Chicago has pizza though!

      The food at Mamacitas was decent. There are so many great Mexican restaurants in the San Antonio area it's incredible! :)

    I was looking forward to hearing Loreanas review of that last Mexican restaurant..(mamacitas) .was it not that good?

      She says, for her, it was just okay. She is not a fan of Tex-Mex. She is extremely picky with her Mexican food because of her heritage. I thought it was decent.

    Love the videos, but, dude, the hair style is driving me nuts. you aren't sixteen or twenty or thirty or... . Cute wife. ask her. she might be honest with you about it. You have a great personality that sells your channel concept. Hair style just doesn't video well.

      I don't cut my hair the way I do to try and be a twenty something, nor do I cut it to please anyone but myself and my wife. Should I shave it? Grow a beard? Would you prefer I look like a 50 year old accountant!? If you don't want to watch because of the way I cut my hair, that's up to you. I judge my friends and people based on their actions, not the way they look. Too funny dude! Lol!
