I have one over my tank. I both love and hate it.
I love that I can easily cut and form the frame to my needs, it works great. I hate that I can never get the net tight enough.

For the 350 G2, what measure should I use? Is its S/N above 30000?

When measuring the length of the frame do you measure the inside diameter of the glass or the glass itself? I guess my question is does it sit inside the tank or on top?

Hated this experience when I bought this DIY kit almost 3 years ago as DIY is a complete understatement. DIY means DO-IT-YOURSELF but it order to DO-IT-PROPERLY you'll need cutting skills, measuring, a saw, straight edge and countless items, patience and time. Then after all that messy work, you'll probably be done with an ugly, sagging net as you realise that this DIY item is NOT DIY. To me it's pure laziness and garbage. It should come together with the aquarium already done for you since you're going to get a lid anyway and you need it bespoked for your aquarium unlike things like lights or pumps which can be generic. I only think it's fair for this product to come like that if it's intended for other hobbyist with other brands of aquarium or custom aquarium.
For those who have already purchased this item, hope you have patience to finish the project. To have a tight net finish, I use some black zip ties to tie the edge of the net around the brace. I can almost be very sure that none of us are perfect enough to have that perfect tight finish through this DIY project.

For the 425 g2+ the indications are wrong. They haven't been updated to the new size of the tank.
Definetly the worst product from Redsea if you consider this and the transparentish white color of the net. Black is way more desirable

I like red sea stuff generally, I have a 250, reef mat, and their test kits. But this cover is straight up garbage (from my own experience). Save your money and buy an acrylic top.

I have such a cover by RedSea too, but i think it is unprofessional to not sell ready made covers, at least for typical RedSea tanks. The DIY approach just leaves me with a unprofessionally looking cover. I m not good at DIY. I would even pay more for a specific cover for my tank. Also pressing the cord into the nut often cuts the net, disappointing quality.
