CR-10 Firmware Upgrade, Mods & Review. Adding Filament Runout Detection, and Automatic Bed Leveling

This machine has been touted as one of the best 3D printers out there for the money, and you know what, I think it might be true right.
In reflection, I didn't really talk a great deal about the quality of the parts but for me to get such good results on my first few prints, this surely bodes well for the CR-10.
The assembly process is way simpler than the Anet A8 and it has a huge build area but it does costs more so I think the choice of machine comes down to your financial situation and background with tinkering.

My pre-compiled arduino build includes a slightly modified version of the Marlin firmware that Tim extensively modified, tuned and calibrated to be used with the CR-10.
