Can't thank you enough guys! Those are actually my boots, purchased in Bologna, Italy some 20 years ago. Love the new place! You can tell it's a lot bigger because of the echoes. Can't wait for the tour! Oh and thumbs up on the mustache 👍. I've grown mine as well during this pandemic. 😁
Content is still great, but the old, smaller shop without the echoes and bit darker setting made for a more old timey intimate atmosphere. Seems more factory now.
The boot restoration looks great! As far as the mustache, gave me a flashback of when my fellow Marines and I would go to the field, it was a MUST to grow the 'Stache! 👍
Looking forward to the tour of the new digs. Great re-build on these boots. As for the stache, well let's just say I tend to be partial to them myself since I started growing mine when I was back in college at the age of 21. Haven't shaved it off even once since the original growing of it and that is 42 years ago .... yep, grew it back in 1978 - were guys even born yet? Thanks again for taking us along. I always enjoy stopping in to see what you both have for us.
So glad you guys decided to make content on this Lost Art, it’s almost impossible to find someone these days to do the work let alone to do quality work. I wear out heels like nobody’s business on both my shoes and boots.
It's very clear that you've been a completely different person in the positive sense in the most recent videos. Much more outgoing and relatable to the viewers. It must be the mustache. Whatever has happened or happening in your life, keep it up my Friend
The new shop seems huge! Great work as always. I had a few moments where I went "But what about...? Oh, okay!" As far as the 'stache, not my style but most people probably like it. At the eod as long as the wife does, that all that matters. 😉
The precision on the fully manual steps - cutting for the blind stitch and pressing the marks in the shoe is so impressive to me. If you make a mistake there, it really puts a dent in the whole repair.
Give the stash a little more time to grow in. If it doesn’t fill out nicely, then get rid of it. The new place looks nice. Loved the repair job on the shoes. You guys are great.
I enjoy seeing craftsmen practice their trade, it's fantastic what you guys can do to bring shoes back to life. Your mustache is just that, yours, but as a married man knows the only other option that realy matters is that of "she who must be obeyed"...😁
Great to see you guys in the new shop! Sound has a lot of echo due to the larger building, maybe use a different mic? Not crazy about the musstache. I'm sure the bugs will get ironed out. So happy for you and your family. Happy Independence Day.
Wait, let me get my sunglasses -- just kidding! Nice, bright workplace. I'm looking forward to the tour. It's great to see a blake stitch repair. Beautiful work.
Great job, liked the sole finish. Heath - I am a clean shaven guy but the stache looks good on you. You are in a good place with it because you can have it and look good or shave it off and look good. Depends on your mood.

Hey guys, just a word about the new place . You might want to see about some sound dampening panels for the walls. It would help cut down on the echoes.
