don't need to I am not overweight, overfed, and undernourished as the 99% are. However since many years ago when I decided a WFPB lifestyle was best for optimal health I have heard it over and over. No one gave a crap what I ate until I switched, then suddenly I am going to be unhealthy? sick, and dead. Not! Even though so many act like there was a 20 ounce steak in the fridge marinating before there was refrigeration? I applaud all the females that love themselves enough to change to better themselves......yay to everyone who are healthy and slim and trim. We are worth feeling great and love what we see in the mirror. For all the females that l know personally that are fat, sick and on tons of meds, best get onboard and save your lives. This lady today on Chef AJ's program is living proof. She's my age....and she looks awesome. I'm proud of her for sure. I think this lady kind of looks like Tori Spelling....on 90210. If you all ever watched that show......l think Donna looks great.....blonde and slim and trim

I can relate after doing every diet that’s come along, so exhausting and frustrating to go up and down … This way of eating is the only thing that’s worked for me after so so many failed attempts, I wish I had discovered this years ago. Down 75 lbs and still losing .. yes, I agree nuts, bread, flour products slow things down and are hard to stop. She looks like Dinah Shore 👍🏻
I love my 18 years old Chihuahua she is my best friend and we’re together she comfort me when I’m sad loss my our best friend /husband after 47 years now my girl Buffy and I thanks for loving them

Do you eat yogurt? I’ve learned hie to make it from rolled oats and water. After 4 attempts I’ve perfected it. Is eating yogurt even compliant. It’s a fermented food and it’s only rolled oats and water…..

Gosh, your Ultimate Reboot Program sounds good, only I'm afraid I missed the start of it. Your price is fair. I am on a low fixed income but I can save up for the next one. I started eating more plant based in Jan. This year. I have lost 10 lbs to date, just mainly dropping several foods like soda, and junk. I started at 274 today I am 264. I am Insulin Dependent Diabetic, with Stage 3 CKD, and a host of other health problems. I am desperate. I struggle standing and preparing my foods. It is one day at a time. I plan to keep following your UA-cam. I have a lot of confusion on what foods I can and can't eat due to CKD, I like Avocados and Bananas but don't eat them everyday. My Heart Dr said to cut out potassium cause its too high right now. But how can you if you eat vegetables, so many good ones have potassium. I think I need to cut out the Meds that have the added potassium? Oh well. Thanks for your dedication to help others.
Did not like the beginning presentation. Would rather a genuine conversation - images not big enough to see. And just reading off screen what is being said. Full screen pictures would be so much better and then you read your script without being on screen. So very boring listening to someone read off the screen with tiny images kept on screen and those worthwhile on screen for a few seconds. Just my preference but I did almost stop watching. Nice lady with a good heart especially around the dogs and clearly a major transformation for her own appearance and health.
