    Could you please show us how you make the little freezer portions? I make a ton at once and thought that was such a great idea! You showed the wrapped, frozen portions in your recent video of what you eat in a day, and I've been looking over your channel to see if I could find a tutorial on those. Thank you, Jennifer! I love your channel and your videos :)

    OMG 🤗 I made bone broth using a turkey carcass and it looked like this. The entire container was gelatinous. I have never had that before watching your video. You gave me the idea that maybe I wasn’t cooking it long enough. I made it in my instant pot like I always do but I put it on high pressure for 1hr, then slow cook on low for 12hrs. I then used it to make soup. It is the best ever!!! Thanks so much. I had no idea bone broth was supposed to cook so long. Previously I only cooked it on high pressure for 1hr.

My started to lots of grey hair after my son was born two years ago, my mom told me that this is due to I don't wear socks all year around . Lol

    Hello Jennifer! I just did my first attempt on making beef bone broth and I got little liquid because my grandma said that if I keep on adding water, the broth'd just stop being as nourishing. So my question is, can I just keep adding water to get more broth?

      Do you have to fast daily to get benefits of this kind of thing?

    • @JenniferMyers
      @JenniferMyers  4 роки тому +7

      @@partlyironic I choose this lifestyle not only for the longevity benefits of autophagy but also because I just feel optimal when I eat this way. Everyone is different. Nobody "has" to fast. But for me, it has changed my life in such a positive way. My mood, digestion, health, body composition, sleep -- everything improved tenfold since incorporating daily fasting. And now the research shows how it prevents dementia, inflammation (which is the root of every disease) and can shrink cancer cells. It also makes a person look younger because the cells are constantly being "scraped" and renewed; much faster than if you were to be in a constantly fed state. There are so many benefits, plus, like I said, I just feel so good. Therefore I continue to practice.

    I must mention that someone should not forget - Collagen must be taken with vitamin C in that day (maby whit kamu kamu or with something - synthetically vit C is not the whole vit C but only a small part, so we can put raw red pepper, parsley can be added to the meal whit collagen, and during the day with some fruit meal and kamu kamu ), because without vit C if taken collagen - blood vessels become brittle and burst and various other diseases can occur, this is what the doctors who researched the subject say. Dr. sci. med. William McCormick (1880-1968). Over fifty years ago, a doctor in Toronto discovered that depleted collagen, due to a lack of vitamin C, causes various disease states, all the way to cardiovascular diseases and cancer. He proved clinically and in the laboratory that one cigarette neutralizes 25 mg of vitamin C.
