i had one night like this at Mary's Bar in County Kerry (she is on YT), the band was not as good, and the bar was much more quiet, it overlooks the bay in the middle of nowhere, and i will never forget it, one of the best nights of my life, not to mention the Smithwicks, and the Guiness...Thank you Ireland!

What a voice, however I feel the patrons of this pub are perhaps a bit under appreciative of the young rising talent of Piaras Ó Lorcáin. I am sure that in the future his name will be synonymous with the greats such as Luke Kelly, Liam Clancy and John Sheahan.

Well I’m glad everyone likes him, he’s only a kid, it’s no different than Christy to me, like any of Christy’s songs, no passion, no movement, feel, and that’s why we have no singers nowadays on the folk scene that has, most trad groups , they have the finest musicians , pure class musicians, but they never get a driving singer with them, lunasa, four men and a dog, the list goes on, a song needs to be delivered with guts, feel, and most of all must be to the heart, and passionate, can’t be singing songs like reading poems, end of, 😂🇮🇪🇮🇪☘️☘️
The lad is singing his heart out and I'm completely shocked at the noisy bunch, cackling in the background with no regard for this talented group providing entertainment. What a lousy bunch of drunks.
