I sailed across the 7 seas many times on That Good Ship Kangaroo as I traveled long dusty journeys overland in almost nonexisting roads in the way out yonder of Tanzania East Africa, some journies could take up to 26 hours of almost nonstop solo driving except to refuel and find a safe bush to pee into. All I had to do was stick on one of those Planxty music tapes, turn up the volume and listen to this magic music of the very greatest rocking folk band of all time,
Fab song and of course, the best of musicians. there were several ships called the kangaroo, amazingly as far as I can discover only one was Australian.
It’s so amazing to have good quality videos of these lads. Thank you very much for uploading this!
Happy days. I sing this sometimes
