    I really wish more gym would adopt this type of training, I understand training hard for a fight/competition but majority of people just want a good training environment to learn and get a good sweat- great stuff!

      I've trained at ufc gyms and they are great, but I've found that smaller gyms have a more tight nit community instead of just seeing a bunch of new people all the time. However the ufc gym has fight training and a normal gym part with a shittttt ton of stuff to use. They also have a recovery program and saunas n shit. But its also very pricey.

    • @Teddy-se8qb

      dont train with jeff then. he only goes soft with highly skilled fighters who would beat his ass.

    A lot of people talk down to people who join UFC branded gyms. Sure, it may a gym full of casual practitioners but not everyone wants to compete, and be a fighting machine. The coaches know their demographic and i think cater perfectly to casuals, and anyone wanting to go further. You can learn at your pace, and most importantly, have fun

    These were great sparring session. Quick question, how can someone manage doing alot of cardio for their specific martial art and also to build muscle thanks alott!!!

    • @Mike_Virata
      @Mike_Virata 2 роки тому

      My quick answer is train and lift on alternating days. You will never be built like a body builder, but you will build muscle. You need good sleep (muscle builds when resting) and a healthy diet of lean proteins and good carbs (so you don't burn muscle).
