Love it when he throws a flying knee at the perfect time but never comes close to hurting his partner. They nod with acknowledgment that had this been a real fight he would have landed it. High level striking to spar like this and have such control. Good stuff as usual. Cool looking gym.

Jeff got pretty influential, no? Clearly seen in the comments that a lot people are looking up to him.
When I was in Vietnam 5 years ago Saigon Sports Club (SSC) was in a transition with ownership and they lost a lot of revenue and it hurt the business more when Cung Le and Martin Nguyen stepped away from the MMA fight scene the revenue just started going down and management wasn't the best. Those two fighters helped promote the gym a lot. I'm glad to see Jeff is bringing a revival to the SSC gym in Vietnam.

Adam has done his homework! Very prepared to face the Jeff arsenal 😂. Super adaptive on your part and enough of a mix-up going on to throw a wrench into the plan. Intelligent fighters, both of you. I love Adam's hands! When down assume up haha 😂😂.
Ali has a great lower body not just feet. He lowers just enough to get to the exact level he is after. He has that immovable vibe. You always seem to find the long arm guys 😂
James haha, wow! A lot of cloning but also his own finesse comes through. He makes it look effortless, the natural fighter type, clearly he loves it. I love the combination of enjoyment and skill, great to see.
As for you, always great control, always a few surprises, always off the charts.

Would you consider making a defense specific course on the MMAshredded platform ? You seem proficient in multiple defense styles like high guard, long guard etc. and online courses on this topic are lacking.
How to improve defense, which style is suitable when, how to see shots coming better, which defense style for which opponent,…

Hey there Mr. Jeff Chan! I recently heard of this Cambodian martial art called Pradal Serey. It's like Muay Thai but apparently, it's a little different and it's more elbow focused. I think you should consider giving it a try sometime soon!

@@MMAShredded Definitely something worth trying honestly. It's a nice piece of Cambodian culture and it's also become way more international recently so it's not all that hard to find. Again, I'd definitely suggest checking it out if you get a chance. ^^
