@@MapseRakgwabe I think it’s because of anxiety. I get that as well, especially if it’s a hard subject.
I think the best thing to do is to maybe stay calm and not panick before an exam, and you’ll be fine
perfect timing, the count down to prelims has began

This was very inspiring and motivating. However one of the most serious problems we fave as students would be being motivated until 30mins after watching videos. I am Litha Ndikolo, a grade 12 learner. Just for a recommendation please do a video helping with that❤️great video❤️
Motivation should come from within you, no one can tell you to be motivated. As I mentioned in this video, you are the only one who knows how bad you want to succeed in life so you need to find a reason why you lack motivation.

Please do not listen to people...I know we are advised to listen to them but sometimes just pretend their opinions do not matter. What if they didn't study enough and they were just panicking in the exam room?

Hey Dr Andy ,the same problem you were having with your school camp is the one that I'm having right now and today I approached my Principal to try and explain my problem but he just don't want to listen to me.
I'm having the same problem but i literally decided to stop listening and I'm now absent each time! Your results will speak for you just make sure you do not disappoint them after being so absent.

Yes, question papers are for testing wether you remember what you’ve studied
