    That looks way better than I remember it. Oh, and I want a tuna sandwich that does that!

    This really is a place that's good for all ages. Plenty of really interesting facts and information for adults and loads of interactive activities for kids... and all for a very good price!

    Love your videos. A lot of the places you feature are only between half an hour to 2 hours away from us which now our 2 girls are a little bit older, we find easily manageable for a day out. We love going on lots of days out and always love finding new places and little hidden gems. I always keep a running list in the notes on my phone of places we want to visit next. Recently added several of the places from your videos to my list so thank you for the great reviews and recommendations. Going to the National Space Centre on Tuesday as it'll be a great half term activity given the rainy weather we're having. And added a few of the gardens you've visited to the list and definitely the Hawk Conservancy Trust as the kids will love that. There are very few UA-cam channels like yours so keep up the great work. What I love about your channel is the fact that you properly review your day out. It's not just you vlogging your day out. You talk about the facilities, the price, the food available etc and share your tips too so you get a really great feel for a place and can decide whether it appeals to you. It also never feels like you just review it for one target audience such as a couple like yourselves. You show what's available for everyone. So I love it when you show what interactive things there are for kids to do or if there's a play area etc. Even my girls watch your reviews with me and they love them and they're 7 and 4. Then I usually call my husband in to watch too and then I tell him where we're going next lol! Watched your videos for some time and don't think I've ever commented so just wanted to say how much I appreciate your videos.

      Wow! Thank you so much for you're amazing comment, it's so good to hear from the families that watch our videos! We're so glad you find out reviews useful and hopefully we'll get better as we do more days out. Keep watching as we too always have a big list of places to visit. Well, we hope you, your husband and the girls enjoy the National Space Centre and we'd be really interested to hear what you think of the Hawk Conservancy Trust. It's only a small place but for us, it was a real hidden gem. (Make sure you got to those shows!) Also, if you ever have any good recommendations of places for us to go, or somewhere you'd like us to review, let us know! Thanks again for watching! Matt and Issy.

      @@ExploreHomeRepeat We live literally less than 10 minutes away from the Black Country Museum that I know you went to so another place similar to that that we like is Blists Hill Victorian Town Museum and then going into Ironbridge too. Batsford Arboretum is nice. Monkey Forest and Trentham Gardens are lovely. You can do both in the same day or just pick one and the shopping village too. Witley Court and Gardens is lovely. Not massive but if you go on a day like we did in the summer they had a jazz band playing whilst we were there so we listened to them whilst having a picnic in the sunshine. Cotswold Wildlife Park is so great for the kids, especially the play area but I know you've been there. We love lots of the cotswold and I especially love Bourton on the Water. We took the girls to Birdland there too which we all enjoyed. Not local but Stockeld Park is amazing especially for families when they have illuminations between halloween and Christmas as there are play areas scattered all over the place. In the summer, Worcester often do a sculpture trail which is great. One year it was giraffes. Last year was elephants. The art work on them is fab but it also gets you exploring all over Worcester. The RAF Museum Cosford is a pretty decent trip given that there is quite a bit to look at and it's free entry. And one of our favourite National Trust places fairly local is Sudbury Hall. The childhood museum when it's open is fab and the little shopping area next to it is lovely and there's a nice ice-cream shop for a lovely sunny day. I could go on all day lol but that's a few places to maybe add to your lists too.

      Yes, we loved the black country museum and we planned to go to Blists Mill when we were on a Shropshire staycation, but it was closed the day we had planned to go. We've heard it's very good. RAF Cosford is really good, we went a few years ago but will have to go back for a vlog. Thanks for all the other ideas, we'll do some research and definitely add them to the list! Again, thanks so much for your support and for watching. This youtube thing isn't the easiest, so your ideas and encouragement really help us! Oh, and Sudbury Hall looks like a great recommendation for the Summer!

    what show did you see at the Planetarium? Am not sure which show to book,

    • @ExploreHomeRepeat
      @ExploreHomeRepeat  2 роки тому

      We've seen two of the shows: 'We are Astronomers' and 'We are Stars'. Both were excellent but the latter was probably slightly better. Its worth noting that they are not traditional planetarium shows that just show you stars and constellations, they're a bit more advanced with very good computer animation and are regularly narrated by famous actors etc. Have a great time. Let us know how you got on! Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already!
