I agree with you. I prefer the bottle storage system. I do have a bunch of the ones that are 28 to a box, and they do work. They work well and are inexpensive. Currently, my bottle system, I have a 60 and a 240. I don't mind the layers. I travel a bit with work and the 240 let's me bring several paintings at once. But I don't have to worry about chipping a nail or dropping the box and it popping open. For me, bottle storage is the way to go. I've been doing this for about 4 years now, and I'm still addicted.
I have a great idea for labels. I use a P-Touch label printer. The printer is a thermal printer that prints on label tape. The labels come off cleanly (no more goo gone!)The tape has a backing that is split horizonally down the length so you can just remove the top half of the backing, leaving the other half on so that you can easily grab the label to remove it. The label is repositionable too. You can move it to another container, or just straighten it out. Edit: I forgot to mention that it can print 2 lines and has symbols!
Hi. I am in Ontario, Canada. Came across your videos tonight. You have the best ideas. One I have, I use 3 stylus in my kit, when I do my pictures. I make sure each has wax and is ready to go each time I start. I do this so that I do not have to stop and refill. I know it only takes seconds, but when I work on my project, I want to keep going and this works for me. Thanks for all your tips. They are very helpful.
I only use the bottle cases now but such an interesting video for anyone whose starting out or someone who isn't really happy with the storage they're using. I think you covered pretty much every storage available . Congratulations on your 10k subscribers, so well deserved!
10,000 subscribers...yay!!!Congratulations on reaching this awesome milestone! That was a fantastic video. A lot of very useful information. I have a ton of storage. Because I'm a cardmaker as well, I've had the Elizabeth Ward containers for a long time. I actually own 8 of them. But, before they became so popular for diamond painting, I actually only paid between $8 and $11 for them. Now they are ridiculously priced. My preference is the bottles and Harbor Freight containers, which I know you can only get in the states. Storage is my drug...I'm not kidding...lol. Thank you so much for sharing!
Storage! the biggest thing in diamond painting I believe! I use a 60 bottle case and the 28 cube cases, I am hoping to invest on an Elizabeth Ward tray soon! Tic-Tack boxes did not work for me at all i got into a mess. Your videos are so helpful, Thank-you for everything you do Rebecca! Stay safe xx
I love the labels and idea for the spare diamond storage...I downloaded the labels last week and printed them up now just to gather all my spare stash and sort it. Thank you again for kindly sharing that file for us to use 🥰
I just ordered my first kit! Should be delivered Wednesday and I can't wait! I watched this video first and went ahead and ordered a zippered case with jars (don't remember the brand) so I hope it works.
Ohh WOW 🥰😍 LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this one 💖💝 Polar Express is one of my favourites films to watch at Christmas & this canvas certainly does it justice & that's before u've even put any drills on it ❤🧡💛💚💙💜😊😊😊
I did a Santa, with square drills, that had 79 colors. Took me 2 1/2 months, drilling about 4 hours/day. It was a "max color" from Royal. And I got it done 2 weeks before Christmas. :) BTW, I kitted it up in only 2 "tic tac" box containers. They're my 2nd favorite, 1st being the Elizabeth Ward system. Great video again, Rebecca.
I love your spare diamond storage, I have started using the bags with a piece of lightweight card stock to store my spares. I have just downloaded your labels to use, lol. Love this system.
I actually use one of the Multi-Boxes you showed first. But mine doesn't have these huge gaps in the containers, so the diamonds don't fall out. I've got it from "The Beadsmith", which was a litte more expensive. When I remember right, I paid 20€ for this box and for me it works very well. I love to use it.
Loved this video.....my favs are the Round containers, Craftmate Lockables and the Darice Elizabeth Ward. I used to use the 28 slot ones but the tops got way too loose and if it gets knocked over they all open and tip out. I also love storage and getting ideas from others. Thanks so much for all of the time and energy you put into your videos. You're awesome Rebecca
I store my leftover diamonds in a binder with card pages, I already had the binders and pages. I like the box idea but until I have more leftovers it works great for me.
I have the tictac containers and I like them. The case is small and lightweight so they're easy to move around and don't take up much space. I got it from Ali Express and a funnel came with it. The downside is that they crack. I have a case of 64. 3 or 4 are cracked.
What a great video. I love the bottles and the plastic 4 connected containers too. I love storage and since starting this hobby in March I now have 6 of the 28 containers and 3 of 60 bottles and my little favourite the 42 bottle. I really enjoy watching your kitting up videos and do my kits the same with my sticker maker too. Thanks for sharing :)
I love the tic tac boxes, I swear by them and the harbor Freight storage. I disagree with the statement that diamonds are hard to get back in the tic tacs. Just take the lid off and you just pour your diamonds back in like anything else. Great video! Always looking into new storage for diamond painting
I just got my first 60 bottle case and I’m in love! Before I was using a 12 jar bead storage and a couple lockables bead storage. I definitely prefer the jars!
I had the same issue with my fingernails in regards to the Elizabeth Ward storage containers. I'd chip them or just not have the strength to pop them loose, so my fix for that is using the little angled tweezers that came with cheaper kits. Slide it under, pop it up, off I go. Those are my favorite containers.
Congratulations on your 10k achievement. I am new to Diamond Art and also your channel. I have just started painting and on painting no4. I actually got the 60 bottle case by chance because I liked the look of it. Glad I chose wisely. Thank you for keeping me company whilst I am working and shielding. I am in Suffolk Uk 🇬🇧
Congratulations on reaching 10,000 subscribers. I have several types of storage. Tic tac boxes, flip top joined sets with 4 in a row, and 2 cases of round bottles. But have ordered some Elizabeth Ward style storage boxes.
Congratulations on reaching 10k!!! I love the larger 60 bottle case. I bought one after you showed it on the channel. I love my Harbor Freight containers but you can only get 27 containers in a case so that limits, but when you have lots of diamonds they hold tons!
I love storage lol - I have 5 of the cases and 2 of the elizabeth ward ones - I use the cases for paintings that I may do at the sofa or the elizabeth ward for big paintings at the table. (if you have acrylic nails you can use your tweezers to open the boxes)
CONGRATULATIONS on reaching 10 000 subscribers!! Another awesome video! Completely agree with your views, but my favourite differs slightly from yours (I prefer the Elizabeth Ward system). Those tic tac containers aren't the best, if you have a full container, you have to squeeze the nozzle of your tray down the small hole as you can't remove the whole lid. I have also had several pop open, which means you have to ALWAYS store them in the correct position - and lucky me decided to try them on my HAED of 197 colours project, not fun!
Love my 28 case wish I got my first from Amazon. Bought 1 with paint with diamonds was 24.99 over over priced. I love my harbor freight too. I love you spare box I stared that with my special diamonds cause I was planning a fun free style one for down the road
Loved the video and yes you have been a enabler with the bottle cases. I have bought 4 of the 60 bottle cases they are the best ones as you said it is easy to take out the one you are using. I am also looking for the 70 bottle cases
I got x2 30 ones lime green 1 double one forgot how many holds now I had the 30 ones 3 yrs now live them I only use bottles as I drop things they seem to survive one my 30s is tall bottles other smaller ones but wider xx
i like my round bottles , I have a different type of round pots that I use and the 4 connected containers but my favorite are definitely the round bottles in the case
I have the box with the tic tax containers but I brought it for the container to store the extra pens, I just purchased the case with 120 round bottles.
Just restarted diamond painting and got a light pad, containers and some more wax+ tools and they’re good for now but I probably will get new containers (bigger ones and less painful to open) :>
I am team Elizabeth Ward all the way. I have a few of the 60 bottle cases but honestly, I forget to use them because my trusty Elizabeth Ward tray(s) is/are right there (points to spot next to her) waiting for me! P.S. Minion Love needed 2 Elizabeth Wards! 😳
Thank you for a very informative video on storage. Only been diamond painting for three days, on the first canvas. Please would you share the brand and source for the black zippered case with the bottles having the silver tops, the slightly larger bottles? That appeals to me the most of all your recommendations! Thanks so much, becoming a subscriber!
hey i love your videos very helpful. i was wondering where exactly you get all your paintings from? i usually like disney and i do prefer bigger ones but i can only find so few sites with the disney ones on it
Hello. Great video. Where did you purchase the larger size 60 bottle bag from? The one your daughter kitted up with the larger size bottles? thank you :-)
I am new to diamond painting and looking for storage ideas so this is great. I am going to go with the 60 count bottle one. My one question is what you do if it is over 60 colors? I have a few coming to me that I haven't gotten yet that are like 65 colors, etc.
I have one with over 70 colours in my stash too. Sometimes I use it as an excuse to shop for more storage....or I just use 2 cases. A smaller one for either the most used colours (if prominent) or for the ones with only a few diamonds so I don't have to reach for it often.
Congrats on your 10,000. I know u have mentioned it in past videos put never exactly made a note if the name of the product u use to get labels of top of pots. What is it pls
Personally I like the Tic Tac boxes for several reasons. They fit nicely in a green tray that I can then place in 6 tiered Pen and Pencil Palace ( www.joann.com/pen-ink-palace/16097826.html ) which holds 42 green trays with the tic tac box in the tray. I can use one hand to pop the lid open when I hold the drill tray in my left and the flip top in my right to pour in the drills. Sometimes I’ll use the Elizabeth Ward containers to hold the larger quantities and place them in the top of the “palace”. The palace is perfect for all my DPs, especially the confetti heavy ones. I already have the drills in the up to 42 trays and have the flip top box in a 2nd green tray on top of the drill tray (to keep dust and pet hair out) so I don’t have to hunt for it. I place the little green tray in a larger white tray that’s easier to steady and catches any that comes out of the green tray while shaking to line up the drills. This was probably TMI, but wanted to share. For your Tic Tac box, you can use card stock and make dividers. Just put a slit half way down on each piece you want to cross. Also, make rows from left to right, not sideways. You should get 5 in each row, up to 6 rows in each section plus I think 2 extra turned sideways. Also, you can get the boxes in larger 3” and 6” sizes. I like the mesh bags. I’m going to get some for the overflow the diamonds for larger paintings.
I love that we all like different things too. Thank you so much for your detailed answer. People get inspiration from the comments as well as the video.
Because of cost and space I use the 28/ 56 boxes - put the row of four back in the container and leave the lid open on the one I am using. It is also easy to tip them back into from your tray. 🌻☕️😀💛
Rebecca could you please tell me where you got the tic tacs in the zip up case from please? I’ve tried looking on your website but can’t seem to find them! Sorry to be a pain!
Beginner here… love love love your videos. I purchased a zipper case but the foam insert had a horrible chemical smell. I tried so many things to get rid of it…airing it out, feebreze, hand washing and nothing worked. Is there a brand you recommend?

I started with that, but my 310s took over too much. LOL
I love the round bottles in the cases. You never know how many a picture will need - my current 30x40cm has 52 colors!
Can I ask what one that you doing I’m interested

Congratulations 🎉
I love the clear clip one that come in strips I got the tick tac ones and bloody hate them
Does anyone have a link to the 60 storage one? I have a few tools on Amazon I’m ready to order but unsure about the size

i have jars with lids they came from walmart i have small and large ones
Hello. Great video. Where did you purchase the larger size 60 bottle bag from? The one your daughter kitted up with the larger size bottles? thank you :-)
I got it from Ali Express. It's linked here: 4kidsat147.com/favourites/storage
@@addmorezest thank you for posting the link. It is appreciated :-)

@@addmorezest I was thinking that too... just use another small storage thing. Thanks for the tip!
I was gifted several paintings with all the supplies needed. I ordered a kit with 120 bottles to store everything in from Amazon.
I have that exact Elizabeth Ward and two 60 bottle cases. Plus harbor freight cases. I'd send you one if you want one
Would you happen to have the link for the "fatter bottle" ones? Those would be perfect for me. Thank you
I've got them linked here: addmorezest.com/favourites/storage
Thank u!!!
yes you made it to 10k!!!
Where can I get spare round bottles from please. The bigger ones not the half size ones
Thank you
I got mine from Ali Express. Just take note of the dimensions that they state to ensure you get the ones you want.
😊 I l❤ve them so much!!
Congrats on your 10,000. I know u have mentioned it in past videos put never exactly made a note if the name of the product u use to get labels of top of pots. What is it pls
I use googone, but you could just search for a sticker remover.
Personally I like the Tic Tac boxes for several reasons.
Yayayayay!! 10k subs!
Hello Rebecca. I responded on your diamond painting/storage page
Got it. I think we might finally be able to communicate via email. LOL. :)
Because of cost and space I use the 28/ 56 boxes - put the row of four back in the container and leave the lid open on the one I am using. It is also easy to tip them back into from your tray. 🌻☕️😀💛
i am building up a store of spare drills/diamonds but I don't really want to store them I would rather pass them on to those who need them.
Rebecca could you please tell me where you got the tic tacs in the zip up case from please? I’ve tried looking on your website but can’t seem to find them! Sorry to be a pain!
I got it from GBFKE. Email me 4kidsat147 @ gmail .com (no spaces). I'll send you the one I have as I don't use them.
@@addmorezest that is so unbelievably kind!! Thank you so much. I’ve just sent you an email

I've got links to the sellers I've used here: addmorezest.com/favourites/storage
Where do you get the zipper bags?
I get them from Amazon.
I have the 60 storage one
I got the tic -tac ones in a bag( 80 containers ) but I don't recommend them as they are very tiny....personal I don't really like them....
I've had some tic-tac ones, but I'm not keen either.
Has your daughter Megan got a UA-cam channel?
She doesn't no, she's just too busy,
u can never have enough storage
