Hi Rissa, loved seeing your storage solutions certainly gave me some new ideas on how to store mine. I haven’t heard of the stores you mentioned but like you said there will be a store here that sells makeup storage and I will be certainly buying a couple to try out. Thanks again Rissa😊
I have a beautiful tea chest my MIL gave me years ago, and I feel bad that it is stored in the back of one of my bottom cupboards. You just inspired me to dig it out and use it with my supplies. As a bonus - in my mind’s eye anyway - I believe it will add a nice touch. I also have a beautiful wooden covered bowl/trinket box that a former boss of mine turned himself. As you were showing off your beautiful acrylic storage units, my mind was seeing my workspace done in these stunning wooden pieces; same function, but a different style, so thank you for inspiring me! Hugs from Canada’s Arctic❣️❣️🇨🇦
I like the rotating tray for your pens. You could put a piece of felt in the bottom to help protect your tips when you put the pens away. Or something less fuzzy like the cushioned shelf liners they have at the dollar store
Thank you Nicky!! I wish I had a better storage option but I’m actually in an apartment so I have limited space, so right now I’m using one of the long shelves in my closet and they all stand upright. I don’t use stickers to label I organize them by style, artist and size and with them being upright I see the small logo on the front anyways. I don’t have enough in my stash that I’ve outgrown this method yet but I will update you guys if I do improve that storage! I have seen people use large storage boxes for bagged kits, but most people who I’ve seen with large stashes building shelving for them in their garages and store them long ways. Sorry if that isn’t much help! ❤️
I try to give my spare diamonds away when I'm doing live demonstrations. Unfortunately, no one seems to want any. I have tonnes of spares (stylus pens, grips, trays etc) from many of the kits I've completed, so my next alternative is to consider donating them to charity shops. Does anyone know anything about how to start up a DP business?
Really enjoyed seeing how you store your accessories and all the tips you provided!!
